Even though I arrived with my long list in hand (and probably looked like a handful walking through the doors), they were incredibly supportive, patient, and respectful of my budget. After choosing what I thought was the right toolbox, my son later let me know it was too narrow to fit some of the larger tools he uses on trucks. He spoke with the team directly, and they went above and beyond to find him a fantastic toolbox and everything he needed—right from the original list I provided. And to top it all off, there was even a BBQ included! What truly stood out was how well they listened to my concerns and made sure we got the right gear without compromising on quality or price. new product after getting the first one back from repairs guess what the product failure they say was from missuse the electrical cord had been damaged yeah sure i am 74 years old and certainly look after the machine and the only one who used it anyhow $700 dollars down the tube absolutely no help to resolve the issue bad service and backup

Great Service Great Products – Great customer service at both the Windsor Gardens and Elizabeth Stores. Total Tools has an excellent range of products. When the product I was after was a specialty order they found one already available at another one of there stores.

Good - until warranty claim – My business partner bought an industrial high quality pressure washer. Unfortunately the pump failed after 2 hours use. After 2-3 weeks and several follow ups requesting refund or new machine we had not heard back. It was not until we engaged the company lawyer that is was assessed and replaced after nearly a month. machine fails but the aftermarket service was appalling and cost us a lot in $$ and time for rental machines... but wait, there's more..it happened again.. New machine sprung a minor oil leak.. not major, just a window seal in the pump.. Easily assed and repaired Still waiting another 2 weeks.. no word as I write this. I need this machine for work. We will NEVER waste our time with this particular franchise in the future. Completely unreliable and dropped the ball with customer after sales service.

Have looked at Ego for three or four years but always reluctant to spend so much. knowledge of the product. Even went to the last, well known store, where I purchased my last 4 stroke petrol mower but there wasn't a lot of repeat business enthusiasm. Went back to Total Tools, Windsor Gardens a couple of times and found the staff helpful, even purchased a bigger mower than I intended and bought some other Ego equipment as well. Used all the equipment today (mower, whipper snipper and edger), each tool did a great job. The mower picked up the debris even better than the not so old 4 stroke. Going to let my lawn grow even longer to give the mower a real work-out before sticking to my usual maintenance schedule. Well done to the staff.

Awesome Team – Nowadays shopping in-store is just no too popular, but the feeling of going to a store and speaking to someone in person is amazing. The Guys at Windsor Gardens were amazing. Nicely surprized – A young lady called Kaylee helped me out with a sander and some other things, her knowledge was 2nd to none,,,,I asked if a lambs wool polisher was available for that sander , she said she would call bosch in the morning and find out and let me know . Great range - great prices - great staff – Been into the Windsor Gardens store quite a few times - all the staff seem to know their stuff, and if they don't, they have no hesitation making inquiries to find out for you.
