been ordered yet as their was a problem with the ordering system. 1 week later it arrived. Disappointing that i had to chase it so much. I did not end up using the $70 bit as i no longer needed it after all of that.

Low quality for the high price – Once unboxed I found The soldering iron isn’t very well made, a lot of cheep flimsy plastic, I guess we will just have to wait and see if it stands the test of time... Show details

Log dog Elwood splitter – Great value for price. Need to use the natural fractures and slits in the wood but for an electric wood splitter it works great. Staff were great to.

cordless drill repair – well the ballarat store never lets me down fast service and friendly help my problem was sorted out in 10 minutes and told how to do the job myself well it all worked out well my drill is back to normal all good thumbs up from me Show details

great range – The staff at all stores I have visited have been very helpful and friendly. Ballarat is my closest and they really try to help when asked a question.
