poor servicing of stock – A brochure detailed a 10 pce 3/8 crows foot spanner set. I called in and asked to see them. I was informed in a laughing manner, we did not get them in, they never sell. Well I saw the promo and came in, ! Well you can order on-line. I need a 19mm one now. Cannot help you.

Staff are unfriendly – My wife was in the store and the staff were rude and un friendly , she wont be back ! She was unsure of the product she wanted and they had no interest in helping . Show details

Not happy with service or equipment – Purchased a Sabre 200 mm bench grinder on 24 July 2020. I have used it 5 or 6 times and the switch became faulty. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a replacement and have heard nothing from the store. I am not happy with either total tools equipment or their service!
