Better tools at a better price, and always a helpful staff member to help you find it – This is now my go-to place for tools. When you work for a living you can't afford cheap and nasty tools. They do have a "home brand," but even they are of better than average quality - suitable for those less important items. If they don't have the item online, pop into the store and they will likely help you out.

Just what I needed – I got the exact tools I needed and few bits and pieces I’d been looking for and the service was great.

Good experience with a range of product to choose from – Great layout of new store. Parking process needs signs to help find entry to the car park. The logical entrance is actually the exit. Front doors badly need wind protection. Bad for staff as well

Need it then and there – Always friendly and have what I need. I’m not sure I have enough for Twenty words but here I am giving it a crack

A Total Experience – Went to the new store in Dandenong South yesterday (10/8/18). A new huge store, well set out, well staffed and more than that, the staff are very pleasant to deal with. The prices of the goods I bought were reasonable and well matched against that 'other' store.

Wrong product – Orders dewalt stax boxes and trolley was given the wrong trolly that is to small for the boxes I purchased ( would have thought that would have been matched up)

Good quality – I’ve been using Milwaukee stuff for years , I dropped a grinder in for repairs and bought another as a replacement, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable

Good shelving – The hrd shelving was very easy to put together there was no annoying bolts to use that holds it together
