Long story short all they care about is your money and if u don’t know what your doing or what your after they won’t help u don’t shop here I’m never going to.

Great service – A great experience, needed to buy a table saw. staff member went out of his way to show me through options, print off spec sheets of different models, and unbox models instore to have hands on the unit before purchase.

Very bad behaviour – Went to Epping total tools store for repair of my tool under warranty bought from their store . there was no description about what was wrong with it when I asked them at least tell me what was wrong they said we can't tell you you got your tool take it finally after some time they wrote big description about faults I took the tool and when next day set it up to use didn't work. Again I called them back they put me on hold for long time I cut the call and called Makita repair centre directly they asked me to take it to them I took it there they said it's been used very badly they replaced bushes and charged me for that it was under warranty and hardly used.i got the tool back next day . It was fixed under warranty in December as well that time Total tools repairer replaced the wire which is not original and Makita repairer said it's not original cable we can't say any thing about that ask Total tools. Total tools staff very rude and I emailed to the company but no response yet almost three weeks.

Excellent Service – Was asked if I needed help and Adrian took me to the correct tool section. The grease gun was out of stock but Adrian pointed me to a better one and brought the price down a bit for me since what I wanted was out of stock. Exactly what I was looking for! – Sales rep was most attentive and quickly showed me the products I was after and helped me select the correct grades for my purpose. Sign in – you have setup the sign in sheet keeping a record. But you havent set up a sign out sheet of what time you leave the store. I was only there for 5 minutes but that should be taken into consideration of signing out. Just a thought for you guys to consider. Show details

Great range, but stock levels not correct – Was looking for an air-powered Nibler. The stock level showed two on the shelf, but none there. Otherwise, enjoyed looking around the store for ideas of tools that may be useful, and other tools I required were available. Happy that the store only stocks quality tools. Show details
