Faulty tooo – Purchased a brand new dewalt cordless 184mm mitre saw and it doesn’t even cut straight. It’s on 2degrees and doesn’t go to 0. $700 to get a faulty product. Not happy at all Show details

Geelong Total tools are Knobs! – I’ve been and brought from lot of total tool outlets and the Geelong store is by far the worst! Been there a few times for help and to purchase tools. No one offers any assistance and when you ask for help nobody comes and when they do help they have no idea about the tool your asking about!! Eg, asked about the difference between the makita wrench’s and the response was one of them probably has BLUE TOOTH!!

Great new Bosch Drill at a great price – Attended the stock take sale. There were some items marked down but many more reduced but you had to ask the sale price at the register. Wouls have been better if marked down pricing was able to be seen. Show details

Got what I needed – Needed some welding rods and a second battery for the Bosch impact driver. Slow to find help but as soon as I went to the register I was sorted.

Ideal tool for the job – purchased a saber petrol powered high pressure washer sales person explained function of washer and how to maintain efficiency of the washer for long life.
