I definitely feel like I'm not getting the best bang for my buck, it's in the atmosphere of most of the tool shops not just TT.

No one ever seems to say 'hey we have a great deal on makita tools coming up you might be better to wait till then' or ' there is a better way to buy this product, probably because makita rarely have great deals:(

Why buy from Total Tools??? Everybody does the same deals on battery tools it was the 20% off your hand tools that got me in there.

Bowens had better deals at their trade fair my mistake.

Novice woodworker – Knew what I was looking for but would have liked a bit more in house consultation from the in store experts. But no one spoke to me I viewed YouTube in the store to get an idea of comparisons and decided on the product. I could have also asked for assistance but didn’t, so no fault of you guys.

Great combo – Have been using Bosch for a while for home jobs. Switched to Makita and found it to be a smaller form factor as well as powerful which I like. Also the lady at your Mitcham store was very helpful and courteous.
