Very helpful staff! – We went to the pakenham store. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted. Looking at the Milwaukee tools and a staff member came up to see if we needed help. Worst customer service ever – I ordered a Makita cordless jigsaw for my boyfriend it arrived and as l was unpacking it l noticed the box looked very rough so I started to take pictures as l unwrapped even the stickers on the box were yellow from being on display for along time. cover no instructions and no plastic wrapping, obviously a display model rang the store spoke to a nice young man who said he remembered sending it out and l would have to go back through the online store l explained it was a Christmas present and l will need a refund asap as l need to get another from somewhere. l wanted to speak to a manager but they would not come to the phone. no customer service at all. the process to return it being me re wrapping the product with a new printed label sending pictures of the damage and give it to a courier waiting for the store to say it was damaged, which they knew before the store sent it out then the internet part of total tools sent a refund after a week but not in time for me to get another. l don't have another $200 dollars just sitting to use , l needed the refund ASAP the same way they recieved their money as they knew they sent out rubbish and offered a pack of $10.00 blades as compensation if l kept the saw very upset will never deal with total tools anywhere

Display Goods – Purchased a dewalt blower from Pakenham. Only one display good left with a total tools bag cable tied to it. No discount given for display stock. Got it home to find wrong instructions and accessories in bag. Wasted my time. Staff did not even wipe dust from the display item.

Great range but too expensive – I went to the pakenham store with a list of 11 hand tools I needed. Once I was there I realised the prices were rediculous. I got three items that I needed then and there. Then went to Sydney tools in the afternoon. They were much cheaper. Like I said great range and the staff were super helpful but far too expensive. Who's going to pay $20 for a standard Erwin knife? And a 6ft platform ladder was $200 cheaper at Sydney tools.

Had the Best service and advice from Total Tools – Had a great experience shopping at Total Tools Pakenham, Kirsten sorted my points straight away and helped me with my purchase .Service was awesome even offering me and my welding equipment a lift home !! Helpful stuff – Needed vacuum attachment for AEG 180mm grinder. I went to Sydney tools and bunnings and they couldn’t figure out. But in tools Kirsten spent 40 minutes and tried 3 different attachments and finally fitted the vaccum attachment. Show details

Cold cut metal saw – I found myself in need of a new cut-off saw. I’d used an abrasive disk one for many years but thought with new technology I’d have a look at a cold cut saw. I went to the Pakenham store to check some out and get some info and have a look at some stores. Kirsten helped me out and provided me with good advice and great service.
