Don't Buy Bosch Products Through Total Tools – I purchased a Bosch Kit on the 16/10/2021 from Total Tools Shepparton, the kit was $1,999 and had numerous tools in it. I subsequently took it back to Total Tools Shepparton 23/12/21 for a direct replacement only to be told that it has to be sent away to Bosch for repair. After calling [Name Removed] from Total Tools Shepparton each week and only to be told a new story each week as to why I still don't have the Drill returned. Absolutely deplorable. Should of stuck with Bunnings...

shocked by news of points – when checking out with my purchase from total tools yesterday i was informed that i wasnt getting points for my purchases because i had unsubscribed from the emails is that even legal? i bet it isnt! Show details

Disappointing – Not stocking consumable parts for tool purchased . " because we don't sell enough of that particular item to warrant carrying accessories". Great tool just want consumables stock instead of having to wait. 70 km round trip. Show details
