engaged in conduct that I believe is unlawful and extremely concerning. On multiple occasions, the manager would deliberately block people’s cars in the car park and then demand money in order to allow them to leave. I consider this to be highly inappropriate and potentially criminal behaviour.

This workplace culture not only impacted my wellbeing but also created significant risks to health and safety. Management’s failure to act on my complaints demonstrates a lack of duty of care and breach of workplace health and safety obligations.

Not happy – I bought a hrd toolchest and drawers spent $1000 on it get home open it up and to my surprise half of my 1/4" sockets were missing sizes 8 to 13 and as a mechanic they are very very important sockets I need them I will ring the store and see if they can fix it if they do I will update and change my review and stars Show details

call to say it had arrived last week. Then I received another email so say it had arrived that seemed a little passive aggressive as if the item had been there for a while and I hadn’t picked it up. Went into store again to pick up and were very helpful. This is the first time I’ve had a less then perfect experience at total tools

Other places have given literally incorrect advice as to tools as they don’t really get why it’s hard to drill into high tensile steel in an aluminium block - highly recommend this store

excellent lazy sunday adventure – I had an add come up on my facebook for the new Makita coffee maker from total tools, i thought i’d go down and order one, not only was the price good, but the staff where friendly and knowledgeable, i’ll definitely be coming back and i’m looking forward to what deals my new membership get me :)

Good range and service – Great range and service. They have things that you can’t get elsewhere. And the staff there are helpful. Can’t remember the name of the young bloke I spoke to but he was willing to spend the time to help even if he didn’t know the answer straight away and he found what I was after.
