bought the tradie one and we can't take it back as its now been used. After asking to speak to the senior person on staff they eventually took it back and swapped it for another 18v cordless drill (tradie one). I mean a drill should drill or its not a drill - right? Then after saying Sydney tools had this drill cheaper and they had a price match guarantee - i was billed full cost difference and sent on my way. I then spent time submitting the claim online to receive a msg that really its up to each store discretion - I know where I will buy tools from in future...

Tool broke – Bought tti torx socket set. Explained to staff member that I was using them to work on a Harley Davidson and that I had been told from a friend that they weren’t strong enough. Staff member said they would be fine. So I purchased on staff members advise as he would know better than my friend. I went home and tried to use the t40 bit and it just twisted.
