Traralgon total tool have always been great value & honoured there warranty with other items I’ve purchased over the years. Would recommend them & the pressure washer.

Untrained staff knew nothing and poor attitude – I asked a staff member about the type of drill in the kit he didn't know anything about it he walk off I was thinking he went to get me help and no one returned. I got the same staff member at the regester Who I had to prompt about the free battery when he returned he came back with a Millwalki battery and I'd brought a Makita kit I had the tell him it was the wrong brand. Average service. Abrupt almost arrogant – served by abrupt staff member who was not friendly. Could have been a little more helpful. Prefer to spend my money local and not online, but will think twice next time. Have had better service here in the past maybe he was having a bad day. No need to take it out on me. Show details

Great customer service – Paul & Heath were a great help. Called in as seeing if they had stock for an item, Paul checked and put it aside for me. Very helpful bloke guided me to the right tool – I needed a dill set that was designed to drill large holes in timber (like those used for fitting door locks & handles). I had a different purpose but .. I didn't know what this was called but the sales bloke did, thank god I bought a P&N 6 piece set (great piece of equipment) I was in and out of the shop in less than 5 minutes. Fathers Day Special Item – Hi, I received the Fathers day specials and saw they was a Small Compressor on sale for about $130. As I have been looking for one of these small ones for my shed I jumped in m car and drove 50 Kms to my closest store at Traralgon. Unfortunately they ran out so had to get one in. Great service & cashed in rewards points during my purchase! – Needed a few sanding dics and eaily found a wide range at grerat prices. Asked for advide and assistance from two store menbers during my shop and both were very helpful.
