minutes. Every time I’ve had to call them back hours later. Still no update and whereabouts of my parcel is unknown.

Poor professionalism and customer service. I will never buy from here again.

great help saved me money – I went into Total Tools to get a price on getting my drill fixed. Nothing wrong with drill just me not operating it properly, once shown the correct locking procedure for chuck all is good .Saved me $150 for new chuck. Great range of products, good prices and fantastic staff! – First time at Total tools in Tullamarine, VIC I was blown away by their range of products and the prices. What a difference a day makes – New to shopping at Total Tools. Bought a $2299 Milwawkee 8 piece M18 cordless combo yesterday at Tullamarine store and other bits and pieces. Total $2500+. realise the one in that particular kit was the 1/4" hex drive. Guy at the counter was bordering on rude when he told me in a most perfunctory way that once the receipt was finalised there couldn't be any swaps. I was going to spend $1000+, but I just walked out in disgust. What a difference a day makes.

Great tool – Great tools which was purchased being a Milwaukee hand orbital sander but the attendant at sold me sanding disc which are too big for the tool. Not impressed when you get home with a new item to find the Diablo discs you bought don’t fit.

Worst total tools I’ve been to – I’ve been to multiple total tool shops over the years. Sunbury and Taren point are the stand outs for service. Tullamarine is very ordinary, struggled to get anyone to help and then it felt like I was forcing them to help.

Fantastic Service – I went to Total Tools Tullamarine to buy a Milwaukee Electric Chainsaw and got excellent service from Taylor who took the time to take it out of the box and make sure it was all set up to go, showed me how to change the chain and gave me tips for using it, which I really appreciated as it's the first time I've used a chainsaw. people willing to spend a little time and effort to ensure the best outcome. Even helped carry my stuff to the car!! Pricing was on par with that other well known hardware outlet, but the one on one experience puts Total Tools head and shoulders above. It has immediately become my number one store for hardware related items. I rate the Tulla store and its staff very highly. Will be back very soon.

Great electric mower – Purchased the EGO 49cm electric mower. Came with the charger & 4AH Li-ion battery. Easiest assembly ever and mows a great cut. Great quality product & worth the extra $$ compared to the Bunnings range with the included 5 yr warranty on the machine & 3 yrs on the battery! My tool is good, the staff at Tullamarine is very good – Seeking secateurs, chose Felco, among the best as far as I know. Very satisfied with the deal, have since used the secateurs, they are brilliant. Fantastic service staff are very friendly and helpful – Very helpful staff. Total Tools have a large veriaty of equipment. It’s very hard not to purchase more items than anticipate when in the store.
