A great and affordable range of sprit levels – Saw ad online and noted a sprit level that I needed. Was in Bunbury for a meeting and went to Total Tools. Ask almost immediately if I required assistance. Staff took me to spirit levels and I upgraded to Stanley Fatmax 3 spirit levels from original intention to buy advertised Dewalt level. Rude customer service – Saw in their catalogue a new larger DeWalt battery so went in to get one and was told they don’t exist quite rudely. Explained it was in the catalogue- no apologies. say it’s in the store room waiting for us. No apologies for any inconvenience or To acknowledge their mistakes. We are a small business but will NEVER shop there again. I would drive to the next larger city/town rather than have to deal with that store.

It was $24.95 dearer than Bunnings – I drove 150 kilometers to Bunbury, 6230, to buy some flux core gasless welding wire. When I got to the store I was asked if I needed any help, I said no thanks , just after some mig wire and I know where it is. The made in China Michigan wire, was $54.95, so I only bought 1 roll. mm wire was $ 24.95 per roll cheaper than the T.T. wire. On arrival back home I weighed both brands of chinese wire in their boxes. The Michigan wire weighed 4.8 kgs , whilst the bunnings Boss/ Weld wire was a more generous 5.2 kgs on the digital scales, both 0.8 mm. The customer service was good, but the price was a little steep on chinese wire. Hope my experience, feedback, helps management to be aware of what is happening on the shop floor...
