progress of my claim I ended up getting it back 7 weeks later and had all sorts of excuses like waiting on parts and the repair guy being on holiday. Was not given the drill bit i handed the drill in with and wasn’t offered a new one or any compensation for the time they took. The employee said they dont accept tools with drill bits in them but i explained mine had it stuck in the chuck so obviously had to be handed in like that. Employee said he wouldn’t give me another bit and the drill was also handed back filthy. Chuck is all scratched where they tried to relaese the bit, Was expecting a new one. Disappointing

Absolutely rubbish service – I ordered a small item for click and collect, but after several weeks, and multiple emails to and from total tools, I don't have the item. Absolute farce. Seriously unhappy first time customer and will never use total tools again. Avoid at all costs

and one tool was not a regular stock item but he found out how this tool could be ordered. Then I needed to buy a cordless drill and I just couldn't make up my mind on what the best one would be for me! So the salesman quickly found out what I needed the drill for and directed me to a couple of choices and pointed out the various qualities of each one. I then immediately knew the one for me to buy. I found the layout of the store very easy to follow so as to find what I wanted and if this didn't work the sales team were super keen on assisting me to find exactly what I wanted. So the next time I need some tools Total Tools is the first place for me to shop!

Very comprehensive range of products – Went in to Total Tools to pick up a Bolle safety visor that was on special, and I was blown away by the range of tools on display. the door, and [name removed] was right in front of me, asking if I was "right".

Told him I wanted the Bolle visor that was on "special", and he took me right to where it was on the back wall.

Then he realised there were none on the hook, so he went looking and found a couple in stock, right up top of the racking. He went and grabbed a ladder promptly, and got one down for me.

Checkout was fast and easy, TT's are right up on modern electronics and emailed invoices, and getting all your personal details, so they can send you electronic catalogues.

The shop was spotless, brightly lit, the aisles are wide, and the range is enough to dazzle any bloke.

Staff are prompt and pleasant, I couldn't really fault this retailer.

January 12th 2019 Update: Very wide range of products, but too expensive

I went along to the touted "3 day clearance" sale, with the reputed "bargain" prices - but I couldn't find any real bargains.

So much stuff here is vastly overpriced - which is particularly grating, when about 90% of what TT sell, is made in China, and I know how cheap the purchase pricing is, for their products.

Quality of tooling – I was in need of a T50 torx socket to remove parts from my car for re-trimming. I purchased item code 58127, supplier code STP50T, Socket 3/8"torx T50 t/proof TT1. was only able to remove 3 of the 4 required bolts prior to the tool breaking in the same manner as the first this time with a lot less pressure being used.

I was using the socket on a 3/8"drive breaker bar. knowing that the Welshpool branch had zero tools remaining I went to the Canning Vale branch where I was served by Ash and he wouldn't exchange the tool instead making me purchase another item, I purchased a 1/2"drive Impact T50 socket.

Ash then told me to return the broken tool to Welshpool for replacement. If I have already purchased a replacement item why would I need the broken tool replaced again. I would have thought that Ash should have been able to do a return for me taking the cost of the original tool of the price of the replacement.

Buying a birthday gift for my Hubby – The young man Michael was just great , very friendly and helpful, he helped me make the right choice . Definitely would shop there again  Show details

Online order and pickup – This was a first time using the online ordering , because I was going to Perth and there was plenty of stores to choose from. I had ordered it a couple of days before from a promotional email and selected a store to pickup the goods once I arrived in Perth. The staff were excellent, and made my experience very satisfying.

Screw Sets with DeWalt freebies – The mag. Ad showed that if I were to purchase a DeWalt Bulk Screw package i’d Get a DeWalt Bit Set included absolutely free. But the branch I went to claimed they sell tools as their core business not screws, so it was a rather waste of a trip for me. I am disappointed and probably will not frequent that store again unless some other special I want comes available at the right price. Show details

your add lists my purchased item as 'fits chrysler voyager' unfortunately is does not fit – Your staff were excellent but my item( chrysler voyager oil pressure switch removal tool) is the wrong size.you may need to change your listing as it is too small.There are 2 size of the tool .only the 88mm will extract the switch. Show details

Great Product Knowledge, & Amazing Customer Service – I just found where all the Great Customer Service & Product Knowledge has gone. It's at Total Tools in Kewdale. Can't fault the enthusiasm, customer service, or product knowledge. Well above expectations. Won't hesitate to go back there for my next 'Tool Fix'.
