Great service – I came in to buy a new toolbox used tti since the start of my apprenticeship and never had a problem now that I'm qualified I needed a bigger toolbox. The staff were helpful in informing me about the online redemption for the toolbox I purchased and even waited for me to return back to the store with a different vehicle for pick-up. First visit very unhappy – I called store to ask if they had what I wanted and if they would hold it for me. Told yes 2 in stock no problem holding. what felt like a second hand item. Some people like clothes shopping, I like tools. Apparently they'd "lost" the other saw shown on stock and this was all they had. I took it as its a 3hr round trip to the shop, but left very unhappy and won't be using again unless desperate. I'm going to get intouch with manufacturer to see if they will honour 6 year warranty (1 of the reasons for my choice) and I'll see if I can download manual to see if anything else is missing besides all the paperwork. you should be extremely disappointed, I will never ever recommend you and if going to tell every one to shop at the new Sydney tools as they are having the box delivered in a week and even done it cheaper for making up for what we had to deal with from your company, we will never ever shop with you again

Double charged – My fault, didn't check amount charged. Got home, later checking my bank account, found I had been double charged. went back to store next day, refunded straight away no argument with apology. Apart from wasted trip, no problem. Show details

Customer Service – Visited store for replacement Hitachi sander pad for a quite old model. Was attended to promptly, and the guy couldn't have been more helpful. Made a call to Hitachi to check price and availability. I ordered the part, paid for it, and received a text message when it arrived. Customer Service at its best, for a small item that would not have had a lot of profit in it. Well done!
