What service - O'Connor WA – I have been to this store about 6 times looking at cordless tools...a different one on each occassion. Only once have I been asked if I needed help. Bunnings. Actually got it cheaper. Sadly, for Total Tools, this is the 3rd time I have brought elsewhere due to their lack of service.

Disappointing – Went to purchase discounted items and was asked to pay full amount I pulled the guy up a said at the cashier That sounds a bit much aren’t these items redused for clearance ? Great tool shop have just about every tool for every job – Over the last week or so i have got about 5 or 6 different tools as in 42mm 3/4 drive socket and a 36mm 1/2 socket and about 3 different size spanners and on sunday the 6th of october 2020 i used all the tools to replace the two front drive shafts on my bmw x5 e53 and i gave them a good working out and i'm very happy with them plus having good tools made the job a lot easy will be going back when i'm in need of some more tools.
