Extremly poor communication and very late delivery – Purchased a A5 scooter lux razor. Website said dwlivery in 2_4 days, however it took weeks. TOYS Paradise doesnt bother to compensate or inform customers of delay. They do respond after extended delays

Shocking service and goods never arrived – I waited 15 days for my presents for my nephews and had poor responses from both toys paradise and the courier. In the end they gave me my money back but the whole process was disgraceful and meant my nephews were empty handed.

Good Price and Fast Delivery – I was looking for a Ride On Toy Car (Cozy Coupe) for my little son but could not get it from places like big W or Target (sold out online or out of stock in nearby stores). This website is a scam. Simple as that – On ordering, I waited the usual amount of time for delivery before contacting the company. Only then was I informed that the item had never been in stock due to "a catalogueing error" and I would be getting a refund within 7 working days. Surprise surprise, no refund. And I find in these reviews that a large number got the same excuse as me. Clearly a scam. Avoid at all costs, I'm reporting them to Fair Trading NSW.

Still waiting for my refund three months later! – I bougth an item for my son for Xmas in November 2016 and it was listed as in stock. told that I could wait and get a discount or somethign. I opted for the refund and purchsed the same item (which was $200!) at another supplier just in time for Xmas.

It's now Feb and I am still waiting for my refund which has been processing since Dec! They actually snent the item a few weeks ago and I caleld them and followed instructions to send it back and was told I would be refunded. Two weeks later and the refund is still 'processing' and there has been no communication!

AVOID these people at all costs. Appalling everything. I'm about to call Consumer Affairs.

Definitely Avoid Avoid Avoid! – Purchased an item for my children for Christmas. Item arrived after several weeks but was pre-used, damaged and unusable. Santa is now shopping for an alternative with less than a week to go... Avoid!

Avoid – Awful!! Purchased two X-mas presents for my kids. A week later I receive a message that it was a catalogue error and they never had the items in stock. Great, now a whole week has been lost and I have to scramble during the busiest week of the year. Avoid!

Avoid This Store!!! – I ordered an item well before the Christmas cut off period and they have now advised me that it will be delivered after Christmas. Their website states "We ask for your patience and rest assure all orders placed before our Christmas cut off times will reach you prior to the big day." this is completely false. Now I have to wait for a refund and try and hunt down the same item from another retailer prior to Christmas.

Free delivery? Actually no! – I live in a suburb of Perth, less than 25 minutes from the centre of the city. They say delivery is free for items over $89 shipped to capital cities. going to consumer affairs as it's clearly misleading advertising. I cancelled the order just before I paid. Would never deal with them again.

They say on their website that, "We have updated our website to be the best in Australia". Delusional. They don't even know where regional Australia is.

Absolute robbery – Purchased two items for my children's birthday, only to realize everywhere else the item is thirty dollars (!!!!!) Cheaper. Emailing to ask for a price match, too late, apparently it has already been shipped. Not a word about the money difference. #stillwaiting

Shocking customer service...take your money then lose interest. BUY ELSEWHERE – Terrible communications, only reply when it suit them. Item purchased beginning of month and still not here (end of the month). Trying to get my money back. Take my advice (and others I see with similar view)....buy elsewhere.

Don't purchase from this business even if it's on SALE as they are a bunch of nightmare crooks – Don't every purchase anything from this business even if the items are on SALE as they are a nightmare to deal with, very unprofessional, rude, does not care or communicate. and each time the same things happens.

They place on their website they have in stock. You purchase from them. 2 weeks later you call them up and they say they are getting from their warehouse and it will be delivered in a few days. 3rd week, 4th week past you chase them about it & they still give you the same answer.

Then next thing you check your orders it's been closed. They don't provide you the item & they don't refund you the money.

You call them up & ask them why my order have been closed. They tell you that the item it's out of stock. You reason with them that when you purchase the item it states that it's in stock. They tell you they can't get from their suppliers as their suppliers haven't got it in stock & next thing you need to chase them up for them to refund you the money as they try to convince you to get other items instead from their website.

That's when the stories match up when I attended the board game expo & spoken to the major board games suppliers & i told them I buy games online & they advice me to stay clear of Games Paradise / Toys Paradise / Jigsaw Paradise as they have an extremely bad reputation and have been blacklisted as they refuse to supply games to them as they provide them the product & they keep delaying & refuse to pay the bills so the suppliers have to keep chasing them to pay for the goods. They said that Games Paradise / Toys Paradise / Jigsaw Paradise it's such a headache to deal with and the staffs are so rude that they now simply refuse to deal & transact with them anymore.

So it's not that the suppliers ran out of stock. It's because they can't get the stocks from their suppliers as they haven't been paying their bill and they have such a bad reputation that it's known through the board game industry that suppliers will no longer deal with them supply them with stocks and consumers will no longer purchase from them.

I have friends from Sydney & we're board games fanatics which they all share their same experience & say that they will not purchase anything from their retail or online store even if it's on sale as they are rude, cunning, lie, falsify information, snail service, robs you off your money and does not provide you with the products. You need to keep chasing them for your item or money and they don't respond or communicate.

The worst bit was I was in Sydney at their retail store. I saw the products on display which i purchased from their online store which it was a good 3 weeks into my order which they still haven't sent out & kept using the same excuses waiting from suppliers & it's processing will be sent out to you in the next few days.

I was finally fed up with them & put forward a complaint case to PayPal asking them politely to deliver my item or refund my money. They abuse me by writing a comment I shouldn't complain through PayPal.

They refunded my money and cancelled my account immediately with them without notifying me until I try to log into my account on their website and it said that this account does not exists.

How unprofessional and childish is that?

That's just one frustratingly horrible incident which I've expressed on this forum & there's plenty more which I haven't posted on here. But I believe this is enough to give you the insight of their unethical business which they operate and to warn people not to deal with these bunch of crooks.

they are so.... bad enough, gave me so.... much frustration, wasted so... much of my time and I had such an unpleasant experience that I am willing to take my time out to post my experience & thoughts online about this business on forums and products review.

You are better off to shop elsewhere with fast delivery great prices & have a pleasant experience with great service which you deserve.

Terrible customer service – Ordered an item on the Toys Paradise website listed as "in stock" in hope to receive it the following week. No further emails from them led me to call up on the Monday to which I was told my item was due to be shipped that day or the next. Call them back 2 days later to be told that my item is suddenly on back order & will be 2-3 weeks. NO contact until I rang them! Worst service ever!! – Only wish I'd looked for reviews before purchasing from this company. No items, no refund as yet, lies and crappy service. 1 day left before my daughters birthday and have had to re order items elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and stay AWAY!

Awful service!!! – I bought a gift on Feb 18 and it was never delivered. After many emails and tracking I got nowhere. I asked for a refund which they would not do and frankly told me that for a $40 sale it wasn't worth the time it would take to resolve.

Shocking! Terrible – Money taken off my credit card!No email confirmation was received after placing the order. Try explaining that and see the disappointment on Christmas morning. If you don't want to experience frustration and disappointment take your business elsewhere - first and last time I shop with this mob.

Stocked and delivered in good time! – I found the scooter that no-one else had in stock and Toys Paradise shipped it to rural NSW during the busy Christmas period with plenty of time to spare. To the negative reviewers - I couldn't really fault them sorry. Thanks again guys!!

was short one item even though it displayed 'dispatched in full'. Knowing they don't respond to customer email enquiries I lodged a Paypal dispute for refund of missing item. Surprise surprise that was responded to same day quickest part of the whole process. If they spent as much time dispatching their goods as they do sending out their emarketing ( got about 10 newsletters while I waited for delivery) they might be a decent company. Worst online shopping experience I've had. Leave alot to be desired. If you're willing to take pot luck about ever receiving your items shop with Toys Paradise. I mentioned this to my sister and she'd shopped with Games Paradise (aka same company) and had a similar disappointing experience.

Items arrived promptly – I placed an order on a Friday and received it on the following Wednesday. I was really worried after ordering when I read lots of negative reviews, many that were recent. I rang Toys Paradise and asked them if my items were in stock and was assured there was plenty of stock. My items were delivered by Fastway Couriers today and on Monday I received a tracking number.

Rip off Merchants – Place an order after seeing on their website there was stock. Received an email to advise they have received my order and then nothing!!! They have taken my money from my credit card which is now considered fraud as they have not provided any product. Will be taken this up with Credit Card Fraud Department with my bank. Not happy Jan!!!

Crooks – The toy received for my daughters birthday was faulty. I arranged to send it back them and three weeks later, i cant get a response from them. Calls and emails go unanswered. Absolute crooks. I will be taking them to fair trading. Do not order from these guys, they will rob you.

Best price, extremely fast shipping – I was worried about buying after reading the reviews, but a friend had bought from here and mentioned how fast her things arrived, so I gave it a go and ordered Friday evening. On Tuesday morning my goods had arrived which is extremely fast since I live in a regional area, most things take far longer to arrive! I was so pleased, the toys are excellent and legit, I don't know how they are so cheap but I'm happy!

So happy with order esp after reading the reviews! – Ordered online on Thursday evening. Didn't check out reviews first. Order arrived first thing Monday morning! All complete and packaged up very carefully. I'm so happy and my little man will be thrilled with his toys! Seems so many have had bad experiences, however I can't fault mine, everything was super!
