The products themselves are the utmost top quality, well made, textured and designed and provides some of the big names out there in the gothic and alternative community. Killstar. Demonia. Banned Apparel. Fan All Flames. Nemesis Now and Blackcraft just to name a few.

The wonderful staff of Tragic Beautiful are very efficient, and place their customers as high priority. All orders are shipped quickly and packaged with recycled boxes mindful for our environment but also package parcels with the utmost care so items arrive in damaged.

I have never been dissatisfied with any product and definitely not with service. So, if you’re looking for something dark, mysterious, funky, fun or that strange, unique and unusual decor item, this is your place.

If there's a problem (which is rarely) the staff are on the ball to make the shopping experience a amazing one as well as rectify the issue! I love the variety that caters to many different tastes. Great customer service and fast delivery, below average product quality – I purchased a dress, a handbag, some stockings and some cute pins. I’ve seen the same pins on allieexpress for a fraction of the cost.

However, I’d highly recommend *NEVER* purchasing stockings from them. I paid $15 for a pair of tights that were the worst quality I’ve ever had. Seriously, go to Coles and buy the cheapest pair - you’ll get better value for money. The brand was a cheap Chinese brand that was no doubt insanely marked up and they ripped as soon as I put them on. I wear stockings and tights all the time so I’m very careful when putting them on. I’m 68kg, my nails were in perfect condition so as not to snag them - they ripped immediately.

Best alt/goth store ever! – I have been an extremely happy customer of Tragic Beautiful since 2014. Amazing range and quality of products, and outstanding customer service! If there is ever any issues with returns, orders or shipping, the TB team always go above and beyond to help get it fixed (doesn't happen often)!
