cubic meter) without my presence. Transcorp confirmed delivery date and then changed it - via email. No reason provided. I had to firmly tell them that they misled me & made them change the date so I can be at home. They lost a number of items that were on the inventory. There was no way anything were left in storage because the storage company would have told me. They managed to recover 2 items but lost big white plastic tub of paintings, potteries & other things I collected when I worked in countries that are now conflict zones. How they can lose a big white plastic tub? It's about 100 liter capacity. The items are not expensive but their value are priceless. Probably lost forever. Completely heartbroken. One person working in the operations unit was helpful. Otherwise, shambles. Never again.

Having used Transcorp twice before with no issues they were the first I went to for a move from Pascoe Vale to Footscray. Removal day came and the guys arrived and loaded up. Our goods went into storage for 5 days. On the Saturday (4 hour minimum) the guys had difficulty finding a spot to unload. Time was wasted before unloading could commence.… Read more

The guys did a good job but due to breaks it ran over 4 hours. 2 items were found to be damaged which the guys documented yet Transcorp have no record. Charges keep coming; the latest for $287.07 with no detailed invoice and no consideration for the damaged goods. It seems Transcorp is intent on extracting every penny from this pensioner, with no customer service post-move whatsoever.

After much tooing & froing Transcorp have declined to refund anything because I have deleted a clause on their form of release which relates to me not posting adverse comments on my experience with them i.e. waive my freedom of speech.

Naturally I will have no further dealings with this company. Good luck to you if you do.

Liliana and Transcrop handled everything from furniture removal, pet transport, car carrier and even storage on the other end. Through the whole process, nothing was ever too much hassle and they worked with me and accommodated every change, concern and request. impressed by the customer experience, service and value supplied. I even added on additional items after the first quote and Lilly was lovely helping me to save as much money as possible while adding what I needed, the price was significantly cheaper then other removalists I was quoted by, saving over $1000 in insurance and over $500 in the removal itself (mind you I had contacted with 2 weeks to move and it normally takes more time then that, so they were able to ensure the timing was perfect also. Goods moved 1 day before move out and receiving my goods 1 day after move in.)

The move itself was easy and stress free, my grandmother was at the pick up and said "the boys were very lovely, quick and thorough and obviously knew what they were doing", which was amazing to hear as I was worried not being at the property, but they left the house perfect with no damages on the way out getting the job done well. The move in was even better, we were notified by text every step of the journey to let us know when the goods would arrive and received a call from the gentleman at the time they had advised of arriving to let us know they were here. 2 absolute legends of men moved my entire 3 bed home in with ease asking where I would like items to be stored and carrying heavy items up the stairs where necessary. They then went through a sign off sheet asking me to confirm everything was delivered appropriately (which it was) and again leaving no damage to the property or my items. I feel bad that all I bought them was a coffee and a water, wishing now I had bought them a case of beer!!

My relocation was between Melbourne & Cairns with a full 20’ container and included 4 weeks’ storage. Overall the service was excellent; friendly and efficient. The loading and unloading team did great jobs, including specific requirements on some furniture. more. The packing was sloppy with the tops of my kitchenware in one box and the other bits and pieces in other boxes. When asked whether the quote was for cubic meters, there was no clear answer. The business manager askef for another huge sum when we asked if we could add our old sofa,so we thought we would have to leave it behind. However, the driver of the truck, said he could take the sofa at no extra cost as we really did not have eniugh to fill the truck- he obviously was thinking in cubic meters! Arrived much later than the expected time at the storage facility; bad communication about arrival time. So a sad decline from previous great standards and a terrible experience.

Never Again – We moved from QLD to Tasmania with Transcorp in December 2024. Lots of items broken and damaged and one expensive item outright stolen by the contracted movers Transcorp engaged. Transcorp now using the excuse that we signed off on everything being there when they dropped the contents of 2 shipping containers off. How would anyone know that there was something missing until everything was unpacked? Just ludicrous. Now I have to report the theft to the Police, now 3 months after the fact because I gave Transcorp the time to fix it and really all they did was waste my time. Do not use Transcorp.

Don’t risk using this company – I booked this company 3 weeks before a scheduled move. I have a daughter with a disability and I had a compression fracture in my spine from a fall. arrived but times weren’t mentioned. I sent an email to point this out. Further email received, confirming times. Red flags already. On the scheduled day of the move…..they don’t turn up. No communication. I had to ring. Apparently truck broken down but driver hadn’t bothered to tell head office. No idea when replacement truck will arrive. No apologies, no compassion. Caused an enormous amount of stress. I cancelled all bookings and found another removalist who came within the hour, thank goodness. Would give zero stars if I could.

adjustments, so that part of our move it was basically a stress free time. Shipping availability caused delivery to be a couple of days late, but we were updated along the way, so were ready when the truck arrived at the renewed time. 100% happy with the whole operation.

Booking my move of a 2-bedroom house from Logan to Melbourne was a breeze. Lynne answered all my thousand questions and guided me through the process. The removalists in Logan and Melbourne were diligent, careful, and a pleasure to work with. My furniture arrived without a single scratch.
