Having used Transcorp twice before with no issues they were the first I went to for a move from Pascoe Vale to Footscray. Removal day came and the guys arrived and loaded up. The guys did a good job but due to breaks it ran over 4 hours. 2 items were found to be damaged which the guys documented yet Transcorp have no record. Charges keep coming; the latest for $287.07 with no detailed invoice and no consideration for the damaged goods. It seems Transcorp is intent on extracting every penny from this pensioner, with no customer service post-move whatsoever.

After much tooing & froing Transcorp have declined to refund anything because I have deleted a clause on their form of release which relates to me not posting adverse comments on my experience with them i.e. waive my freedom of speech.

Naturally I will have no further dealings with this company. Good luck to you if you do.

quote. The insurance for transit and storage was a touch confusing but Florence did her best to walk us through it and the options. The removalists who came on the day were efficient, friendly and careful. The team of guys who came to deliver our items were friendly and professional and equally quick. We only had one slightly damaged item the leg on a panel heater snapped off otherwise for a lot of goods moved everything was in order. My only minor criticism/feedback is that the stickers they put on every piece of furniture and item are near impossible to get off especially on some surfaces and create so much extra work when you get to your destination to get them off. I still have to find time to go and clean off the residue or get some stickers off wood etc. I would ask not to use them at all in the future. That aside, I would absolutely use Transcorp again and recommend them to friends. They are competitively priced, professional and do the job really well.

that came were really friendly and really efficient. The truck looked like it was brand new and it had all the equipment to look after our tricky larger items. The pick-up point had great access, so we weren’t really going to relax until we got to the delivery point. This is where the experience shone through. They made it look easy, and found a spot where the board came off the truck and halfway up the stairs. They unloaded with the same care and enthusiasm as they loaded. The three of them seemed to get along really well and were really patient with us whilst we tried to figure out what went where. Jayden ( one of the men) was spot on about the piano and wall unit placement. It took 3 goes but we got there.

They only had one short break, and did the whole job in 6 hours, with really difficult delivery access. Recommend them highly.

Not the best not the worst – It really depends on the crew that is allocated to you. Pick up was smooth...however they did break the dinning room table legs..So I highly recommend you get insurance. the truck was in NSW on the day it was supposed to be delivered and the driver called me (telling me had to otherwise he might lose his job) and they hadn’t even left Melbourne. I was never given a drop off date or time and our goods arrived 3 days later at 9.25PM on a Sunday night. I tried calling and texting the emergency contact [Name Removed] - no response and then the other emergency contact [Name Removed]- no response. I had to literally wait at our home for 3 days waiting for our items to be delivered. I tried to follow up and called the company with them telling me the manager would call back and there would be some compensation, but I have heard absolutely nothing. It was the worst customer service and poorest communication I have ever had to deal with. Moving is stressful enough. I would encourage you to read the reviews and look elsewhere. It will save you a lot of unnecessary stress.

The move itself was ok a shame about their admin – The guys who did the move did a reasonable job. Unfortunately they turned up with a truck that was half the size they needed despite us listing everything we had to move. Best move we have had – 3 bedroom house to 1 bedroom apartment. short distance move but goods in storage for 11 days between moves move was made on time and removalists were excellent: careful, helpful, quick. A very easy and painless process with no damage to any of our possessions.

Least stressful part of my insurance claim – Lower level of a townhouse. Needed to put it all in storage so insurance could fix my leak and resend the floor. It was there for 7 months. I think the best part is simply the professionalism and that Transcorp only charge door to door-- so no paying the delivery drivers to return to base. They're also AFRA qualified and we thought it showed :) oh, and we got the booking during lockdown which was a lifesaver for us.

Excellent service – We moved from 3 bedroom apartment to 4 bedroom house in the country. The move was stress free. It was quick and easy. The staff from the phone was very helpful and the Removalist was on time and friendly.

We could not have wished for our move to be carried out more professionally and carefully – We had a short move from a large 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom Unit in the same town. They arrived exactly on time. The two young gents were polite, courteous and hard working. After showing them the furniture to be removed they were off and running working efficiently taking care not to cause any damage. We are so glad we chose Transcorp.

The 3-man team were highly competent at packing out the truck (like a 3d puzzle) and then packing into the storage unit to ensure all our items were both safely transported and safely stored. I would never use Transcorp ever again! – I used Transcorp to move from QLD to VIC in June 2019 as well as their storage facilities & they were fantastic. So when I needed to move back to QLD in July 2020 I had no hesitation in using them again. or return your phone calls. They damaged a $7,000 couch as well as a $2,000 coffee table. As I was relocating during COVID I had the delivery done whilst I was in hotel quarantine. They could not even follow simple instructions of where to place the furniture ie. main bedroom vs office (2nd bedroom). They misplaced a lamp stand...no offer whatsoever to replace or compensate. As for the damaged couch & coffee table they denied any liability (of course). The customer service manager was rude, argumentative & arrogant. At the end of the day they do not really care if they damage your furniture as they will just say ‘not our fault’ . I would avoid using Transcorp at all costs!

dropped a table onto my fridge - leaving a huge dent in the stainless steel.

Pickup only took then 60 minutes - but I got charged for 3.5 hours.

I asked the driver for a copy of the inventory so I had a record of what was loaded - I was told it couldn’t be supplied until the drop off point.

That paperwork was lost and no one can find it.

My interstate delivery was scheduled for business hours on a Tuesday - it arrived 7am on a Sunday with no one there to meet the truck.

The driver didn’t have the contact details I provided for my drop off location.

Transcorp have been completely unresponsive to my calls, I get passed around and no one gets back to you.

The only time they were really engaged in the conversation was when they wanted to argue with me that they only had 5-star reviews online.

No resolution to overcharging for the pick-up time or damage to my fridge.

Once you pay you’re on your own and they take zero responsibility.

Highly recommend you use someone else.
