Booked 4 times for a shipment, nobody came, no correspondence either
I called the customer service after missing the pickup twice, the lady said she'd talk to someone about it and she re-booked for me, no pickup this time as well.
Called again, the guy from customer service said he'll ask someone to look after my pickup. No apology at all after missing my product pickup 3 times. He re-booked for me, nobody showed up.
I haven't received a single message about my missed pickup from Transdirect. How bad can a service be!
Excellent service. I have used Transdirect many times & am so happy with the service. I am updated with accurate tracking information & the goods have always arrived at the predicted time in perfect condition.

Have had some minor issues but are resolved promptly. Delivery feedback from our customers are positive in so far as expected time and condition of packages.

Ordered & paid (handsomely) for an overnight service to have an item delivered as the main presentation item for a charity event in honour of a young disabilities person. Website booking section stated collection would be between 12:00pm & 5:00pm. TNT driver courier decided to arrive at 10am & left shortly after because the parcel was not quite ready. I called the TransDirect office & asked why he arrived earlier than was stated but no answer could be given, but was assured it would be fixed. I called back later that day to see why the parcel h...ad STILL had not been picked up & was told the driver would do commercial rounds first & then return to pick up the parcel. The sender of the item waited from 12:00pm to 8:00pm & the driver was a no-show. This item was purchased as the main presentation for the event & it is now not possible. I called to give TransDirect a serve & although apologies were given, it was almost like this is regular occurrence. Shameful service!
A good courier experience
Transdirect offered a great courier experience for my package sent from Victoria to Perth WA. Picked up (Vic) on day quoted and delivered before noted ETA all in good condition. The rate charged was fair, proper and very affordable for the services provided. Will use again...Thanks
Transport made simple
Lowest price, Easy to book, Fast quote, On-time delivery and no issues with the delivered freight. Used them from Melb to Qld and took just 4 days. The customer was pleased too.
Repeated Variation Under Declared fees
They may seem quite competitive when they quote, but just wait for the Variation fees that follow, sometimes weeks later. If you dont have photographic evidence of a tape measure alongside the package and weight showing on the scales, tough, you can't do a thing about it. It is not practical to take this evidence for every parcel leaving, especially when we already accurately measure to start off with. These wildly inaccurate claims that boxes are more than double the length than they were is unfair. You have lumped these charges on us one too many times, so no more, taking our business elsewhere!
Avoid like the plague - unreliable
This is the fourth and last time I have been let down by Transdirect. My parcel was not collected at all. I called them 2 hours before COB to make sure it would be, they assured me it would and, lo and behold!, it wasn't! They were not helpful on the phone at all, very blase about it. The driver simply,y ran out of time and that to them is good enough. The alternative they offered (since my shipment t had to be at a certain address in 1 business day - which by, the way, can mean up to 48 hours I was told - was a $500 same-day option! At least 5...other companies can do it for $125 - $160! No apology for taking payment for a service they did not provide. They promised to cancel the service (At this point I thought it was hilarious - how do you cancel something you did not do and clearly had no intention of doing?) and refund the money. It still hasn't happened. Do not ever use their services, the likelihood of getting what you paid for is perhaps 25%. Their previous stunts included having a parcel waiting for 3 weeks to be collected (while pleading and in the end begging them to collect it daily. And was lied to it would happen every single time.), a crate left at a venue while claiming it was delivered (Luckily the venue staff did me a favour and checked. It was there, labelled and still waiting for pick-up, which I had been assured happened. Furthermore, they claimed they delivered the crate to our office.) And my favourite: we received collateral from an event that was not ours - it had someone else's address altogether and yet was delivered to us.). They should do us all a favour and change their business to something that relies on pure luck,

The absolute WORST company to deal with. Package has sat uncollected for a week despite constant promises and guarantees of collections and call backs. I will never use this company again and would not recommend. Tracking 0008892089 so you can see this is a real review.

I posted a package from Sydney to an address in Sydney - less than 10km away from my house. They have taken my package to Brisbane!! (tracking CPWASP25000077155). My other package hasn't even been collected for over a week.
Product never picked up
Product was never picked up, specified a specific time and date it needed to arrive by (paid a premium) and it was never picked up. If your item is in anyway time sensitive do not use this service go direct to the delivery company.
Fake "insurance", poor service. Beware!
Their "insurance included" is a total fake! Bewared of that. They can loose or damage your parcel and never pay a refund because their "true" policy stipulates an excess of $100 on all claims - they don't consider a loss of anything cheaper than $100 as a loss, it is not worth their consideration. Secondly, they refund you only the "purchase cost", not the market value/ sale cost. I.e. if you had a wholesale order from overseas and paid for the shipping in bulk, this will be as much as they may cover you (anything above $100) and market value o...f the product you shipped is not their concern. With such terms they simply declare things they do not provide. This is a misleading marketing that probably should be challenged through Fair Trading. On the top of that, their assistance with not picked up items or lost in transit items is minimal. You need to contact courier directly if you want to have a quick solution (which may not happen anyway). Extra disappointing service. If you want to be covered, ship with the Australia Post (who I don't like as well but at least they are clear with the insurance stuff) and pay extra for the insurance.
Charged $46 extra a week after the package was delivered
I booked a delivery and accurately entered all the details as requested on the website. I had shopped around and decided to go with Transdirect as it was marginally cheaper than a competitor. The package was picked up and delivered by TNT without any issues. A week after the delivery was made, I was sent an 'Under Declared Collection Notification' email stating that the carrier had inspected the package and the charged weight is greater than the declared weight, and the extra money owing has already been charged from my original payment meth...od. I replied promptly disputing the claim, showing my original invoice with accurate size and weight declarations, and a photograph of the package the day before it was picked up. Another week passed before I received a response requesting that I provide photographic evidence of the package with a tape measure next to it showing its length, width, and height. Had I been notified this when the package was in transit or on delivery, I could have organised for a photo to be taken. But expecting your customer to produce such evidence two weeks after delivery is just unreasonable, especially while the carrier themselves didn't even provide the same evidence to justify the extra charge in the first place. I understand that these discrepancies can happen sometimes but there was over a week of delivery time when they could have contacted me about this. Instead I am notified and invoiced a week after delivery when the evidence is no longer attainable, and I, the customer is backed into a corner. More than the fact that I am $46 out of pocket, it is the principle and process in which the extra charge was made that makes Transdirect untrustworthy. It seems that the Transdirect online quoting system is inaccurate and charges a lower price than competitors at time of booking, and then recovers this cost later with questionable processes. Unfortunately I would not recommend them, and had I known this would happen I would have opted for the more expensive competitor and saved my frustrations.

Lost a pallet and assumed no responsibility because they aren’t a real freight company just a middleman relying on as many bookings as possible to profit daily. Do not use!
Getting your item picked up is the majority of the issue
Items are constantly not getting picked up. Out of my last 5 pickups, only 1 was actually picked up next day. At times its taken 3-4 days to pickup. Worst case I had was nearly 2 weeks. I am in a metro area with a easy pickup location, not a unit and no hindrance, very simple. I was using Fastway via Transdirect but they became ridiculously bad (see reviews for them and you will get it) and have now moved to Couriers Please which started OK but has also gone severely downhill. I have to refund my customers as a sign of good customer service as ...they are getting items days if not weeks later but when I asked transdirect for a refund for such a poor service they absolutely shut it down, not even offering a discount for my next booking. I would not be surprised if as part of the courier company KPI's, transdirect won't pay them if they don't meet there pickup and delivery terms yet don't care about me as the customer. To be fair on one hand, its the courier companies who are letting transdirect down as they are just a middle man but I do believe that they are not doing anywhere near enough to help provide me with feedback or answers as I am paying transdirect. I have asked many times for feedback and never received a call or email from anyone. They keep telling you things you want to hear like "I will deal with this personally and get back to you" but they never have done so. All they can do is rebook the same job on a daily basis, which means you have to call them daily and watch the front of your place to make sure no one has pinched your goods as they are sitting waiting for pickup all day. The phone system is very strange too, it says your 4th caller in the queue and then 5 minutes later you will be 6th caller in queue?! I have pointed this out to them and again they sparingly mention they will forward it to IT and management even though its been happening for 2 years now.

Seriously? This discrepancy you have found must be so small as to be negligent.
We have been shipping to New Zealand with you regularly for a few weeks now and try to be honest and fair with package dimensions and weights. Maybe one dimension was rounded up and another rounded down but we are always fair. The actual weight is always much less than the volumetric weight but you think this tiny difference is worth annoying your regular customer about? What happens when we over-state the dimensions? Will you refund us the over-charged amount?
I would like to dispute this penny-pinching ‘under declared collection notification’.
Please advise what package dimensions you have recorded and how the package was measured?
We are happy to take our business elsewhere. You have provided a slow and unreliable service so far. Please advise if you would like us to continue using transdirect?

My item was lost for 12 days and when found i was told that the driver refuses to deliver and i had to pick it up myself from your depo... i was told i had to sign a form stating that my item was collected in good condition by myself even though your company damaged my item or they would not give me the item???.. Ive been hung up on by Charlie at ur So called customer "NO" care center and refused by 2 staff members to be put thru to a manager..or given a managers full name...You have damaged my item and will not put me thru to a manager which is NOT good business.. Fast track couriers ...ur courier you used where i had to pick up my item from submitted you photos of the damage but no one takes responsibility and ur office states now that nothing was recieved from them... Next step is im going to the media if i dont get a reply as ive kept a log of names times and dates of all communication and am now out of patience..
