Having made an express booking with them 3 days ago, they failed to turn up to collect, when I then queried them as to when they were going to pick up, they told me they cannot handle anymore volume and are going to cancel the order! You guys are a joke, absolutely terrible (and don't try calling them, you wait for 45 minutes to get through)
Easy to book, with super Fast service. Very efficient delivery times and goods delivered in good condition. They have fabulous Pricing, that is much better than its competitors. Thank you, you save our company $150.00.

I paid for an item to be picked up and sent a week ago and it still hasn't been picked up. Their attitude was awful and told me to rebook each day. They told me it would be the following day and that the complaint was being escalated to no avail. They are very good at sending automated 'sorry' emails and thats about it! I have made 9 phone calls to them and their couriers which have all been a waste of time.
Easy to use - inexpensive and the pickup and delivery were both as promised. So good to have someone who provides what they say they will do. Thank you very much.
All up, Transdirect is an excellent service.
Transdirect is a great service for the person who doesn't have an account with the the larger transport companies but who still needs to get their parcels across the country in a reasonable time. I always choose TNT as the carrier as they have a much better track record than some of the cheaper alternatives. They arrive when they say and deliver when they say they will, and offer a range of carriers and prices. All up, Transdirect is an excellent service.
Second time user of this service and second 5 STAR experience all round HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The documents were needed for a very important meeting. They were picked up on 06 Jul but only arrived on 14 Jul - after the meeting! I am very very disappointed.

We booked freight from Melb Metro to Cairns. 3 cartons were collected and 3 cartons were delivered. The cartons were all the same size 60.00 x 37.00 x 24.00 cm
We were charged an additional $166 because Allied incorrectly scanned and measured our cartons:
1 x 60.00 x 37.50 x 24.50 cm
1 x 217.50 x 75.50 x 25.00 cm (over 2 metres! cartons contained workwear see photo)
I reported this to Transdirect who insist that they can't report to Allied unless they have photos of cartons with tape measurements. My customer had already handed out unifor...
The package arrived at the expected time - as per the helpful & accurate tracking information. The delivery person put the item at the safe spot of the house - away from rain!

I researched companies online and Transdirect was the cheapest quote, and, easiest to understand.
I had difficulties at first downloading the shipment documents to accompany the item. Printer problem I thought.
As it was on a Friday afternoon and I had requested collection on the following Monday, I was getting a bit concerned so I contacted them and asked for assistance. A female employee was very patient and guided me through a number of steps to try and get the thing to print ( evidently a file problem). She then suggested the collection day...
Pick-up was delayed a little because of lots of collections but it all turned out fine. The charge was very reasonable and the delivery arrived when expected, in excellent condition, I would recommend this firm and certainly use them again. Thankyou.

After reading these many reviews of disappointed customers, I am scared to use your service. Do you have any rules and terms page I can read and review before start using your service?
Hi Hardik - the rules and terms of service are very much slanted towards Transdirect's right to change terms and charge you again without fair consideration. Once they have charged you again you can try to persuade them but if you don't have photos of your goods prior to despatch, including, this is important, tape measurements shown clearly alongside each item, and another photo showing all cartons / satchels in the consignment. What is particularly annoying is that they don't offer the same consideration e.g. photo of goods when delivered to our customer, which would settle the case.

Wow they never stop taking people's money!!!
My parcel was damaged and the item is just under $100. When booking I see insurance included for up to $1500. Now when I want to claim for the damaged item, they said no payment can be made for under $100. If the damaged item is more than $100 you have to pay $100 upfront then claim the rest. When asked further their customer service officer said I have click on the agreement before finalise the booking therefore every condition is as stated.
I'm speechless as I have never seen this type of dodge act before. If this is the case you should NEVER have written insurance up to $1500 at time of booking. It is totally misleading act. Does anyone which ombudsman I should write to please.
The booking you are referring to has domestic complimentary cover of up to $1000 less $100 excess.
If a claim value is less than the excess value then the claim is declined by the insurer, this is a standard insurance practice.
I am not aware of how you would go about lodging a complaint about such standard terms regarding the policy of a particular insurer.

What does it mean that all your positive reviews are collected in partnership with product review at the bottom of the reviews. Are they real reviews? They don't seem real.
If there was no reviews collected in partnership, it seems all your reviews would be negative. Is that because TRANDIRECT are taking customers money without consent and no proof?
