Adelaide for 5 days was not the holiday I wanted. This sales person gave me the impression that I could not cancel and that she would book an extra night in the hotel. NOT HAPPY! Ok, the hotel was nice but if I had booked another one myself, it would have been a lot cheaper and also in a good position. In the mean time, I was emailing with questions.....no answer, I even called. She wasn't there 'would be back in 4 days', Me sending emails again because after 5 days still nothing. In the week before the trip a phonecall that the organized walk through the markets was also cancelled - not enough ppl. Indeed, there were no other guests on this whole trip, that's why the K.I. trip wasn't worth it for them for just 1 passenger!! - it's NOT that sealink couldn't get me in a room (I checked on booking.com: there were enough rooms available for that night) So why the lying? I came home and got an email requesting my bank account so they could refund me for the missed tour. I did and yes, it was from Travelat60. Now, 3 weeks later, haven't received anything.

outstanding employee – I would like to give a positive review about a very helpful employee called Mark Stokell. He was extremely helpful, in fact he really did go above and beyond what his role was. people and becoming very upset I decided to call Mark as he had helped me book my cruise initially. I know it wasn't part of his job but he contacted P&O directly to help me with my booking issues. I know he spent a few hours doing this, throughout this process he was very courteous and friendly, he assured me he would get answers and ring me back the following day, which he did. I am nearly 70 and travelling with my 87 year old mum and he realised I was having so many problems with computers and language so stepped in to help. I am forever grateful for what he did, I honestly think he deserves some sort of recognition or a huge thanks, I hope as a company he is greatly appreciated.

Our trip to Vietnam consisted of 11 people - I was the youngest at 62 and the eldest was 82 years - the next in age above me was 70. It was completely inappropriate for the company to book the overnight train and expect any of us to climb up to a top bunk! all the way and would NOT be sharing a tiny little 4 berth cabin in the train - this was not the truth and we were very upset about it and far from comfortable. Otherwise the trip was terrific. I have since taken a second trip with Travel at 60 up to Cairns Port Douglas .. it was good - about 34 ladies - It was a ladies Only trip - it was supposed to coincide with a Men’s Only group one night but that didn’t happen … nevertheless a great group of ladies ! 8/10

Just came back from Vietnam!! One of the best holidays I’ve ever been on Hotels beautiful Itinerary perfect for me but the highlight was our tour guide Vu Minh tien He was an awesome guide n took sooooo much care for us all, nothing was to much trouble Def 5star rating

Capricornia Coast Tour. No guide, bus driver nice but knew nothing about the area, items on the itinerary were omitted. Felt like it was left to our group to find our own way. No back up plan for rainy days. Great group of people. Show details

Dont expect good customer service – I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. At the time of booking I requested to upgrade from economy train seats to business class. Just two weeks before my trip I was emailed economy tickets. I had to make 3 phone calls to get the tickets changed as the response from the first and second phone call I made was "I… Read more

will call you back". That didn't happen, hence the three phone calls. I also advised the company at time of booking that I had previously travelled this year with Qld rail and probably wouldn't be entitled to pensioner credits. I was told "don't worry, this is a group booking and doesn't affect private travel". They sent me an invoice for the difference after I had paid for the trip and was told the consultant had given me the wrong information. I was given no choice but to pay the difference.

Terrible – I have never been on a cruise and rang to ask about the prices. I wanted to go on one that a friend said was very reasonable in price … the phone call was terrible, the staff member was useless. asked about the location of the room he replied ‘Deck 9’ I then had to ask how I could see where that was .. he told me a ship name and nothing more. I presume I have to look up the floor plan for that ship - I have no idea. I have plenty of money and was going to travel solo - but not with your company after speaking with him.

Thank you Mohini for an excellent tour of India. We had a lovely time. You were an excellent tour leader and were able to handle any problems that arose from any of the tour party. Relaxing & friendly – I was very fortunate to be invited to Norfolk Island by my friend. We enjoyed many an interesting & educational outings. freindships were made. The highlight of our tour was our amazing guide Lysanda, who meet us at Brisbane airport and was there for us all, every step of the way. Durning our time on the Island Lysanda went over and beyond, giving her time to all of us, she is a credit to Travel at 60. Given the chance I would go on another trip with Lysanda.

Norfolk Island – I traveled to Norfolk Island with Travel at 60. There were 18 of us plus our tour guide Lysanda. From the moment I met Lysanda at Brisbane Airport until the time I landed back to Brisbane Airport, I had an amazing experience, everything was organised perfectly and our guide went beyond what we expected of her. I would definitely recommend Travel at 60 and I hope to do a few more trips with them in the future. Show details
