I bought two items, costing about $60 and whether I like it or not I get charged Shipping Protection of $$2.99. On the page before checkout there is a line which supposedly lets you remove shipping protection if you don't want to pay it - but does it work? Of course not. So everyone who orders anything gets charged an extra $3 - what a rort. Cheap crooks. Show details

dispatch my items. Frustrated, I contacted them on December 5th (after four business days) to cancel the order. They explained that such delays were rare and caused by the surge in orders.

Travel universe canceled my order and issued a full refund, but the warehouse mistakenly shipped the items anyway. I received the backpack on December 6th and the hand luggage on December 9th, just in time for my trip. What stood out to me is that, despite the error, they didn’t redirect the shipment back to the warehouse. Instead, they allowed the deliveries to go through without charging me.

I contacted them to request a reinvoice for the canceled order, and they not only reinvoiced me but also waived the express shipping fee from my original order. Their customer service, especially via WhatsApp, was incredibly fast and convenient.

This company went above and beyond to fulfill my needs, even before receiving payment. I highly recommend them and would rate them 10/10 for their exceptional service.

 Follow-up  · Overall warranty experience is as expected the only downside is if purchased from a retailer there is no direct contact with the company (American Tourister) which makes it time consuming and there is no Authorised Service Centre in Melbourne West.

They responded quickly and asked for pictures , serial number and a short video. I sent this information and they came back to me within 24 hours and told me that Delsey would replace the suitcase free of charge. They went one step further when I asked for a smaller size (70cm) as a replacement because my husband complained about the size of the case while we were away. Delsey also agreed to this for no charge. I was impressed with the suitcase (it's flexible even though it's a hard shell) and very impressed with the service provided by both Travel Universe and Delsey. I would certainly recomend Travel Universe for price, range and efficiency of their service. The service team when I had the issue was fabulous. Well done!

other websites that have proven to be. So after reading positive reviews here, I felt confident to place my order with them. I placed the order on a Sunday evening, received the usual confirmation email after purchase, so far so good, then on the the Monday morning they called me to confirm my order, that all items were in stock and they would be shipping that day, which they did. I live in a regional area, so I never expect delivery within the same week of ordering, but thanks to their prompt service, I was able pick up my parcel from the Post Office on the Thursday. I will not hesitate to order from them in the future, however, my advice to Travel Universe would be that they improve their website, because they may be losing sales due to that vibe I mentioned earlier.

warehouse. I shipped it on Monday 17th and today, Friday 21st, I got an email saying the amount has been refunded. I was impressed not only with the immediate offer of a refund but I didn't have to call back and hassling them to refund my money. I would definitely buy from this company again as I have peace of mind that if there's an issue it can be resolved amicably. Also, the price was good for both the items I purchased (only 1 item returned) and the shipping fast and the customer service prompt. I had also made a previous purchase a few months ago and the shipping was prompt and the item was cheaper than other retailers.

The poles arrived on time for my trip, and I was extremely happy with the size and quality of the black diamond poles. This service was exceptional for the speed with which they responded, and the trust that I would return the poles in the packaging and original condition. To anyone wanting to purchase products from Travel Universe, I highly recommend them for the quality of product, service and price. 5 stars, which I rarely.
