Excellent help from Australian Call Centre – I booked in the wrong name and needed it changed. Call Centre helped me by cancelling ticket so i could rebook under correct name. Refund was received in 1 day. I was very worried after reading all the negative reviews and thought i had lost my money. Useless customer service – I had a bad ticket connection time and the company does not get responsible for the missing connection time. I called customer service and was unable to reschedule the flight (something I did directly with British Airways). to call the airline and they don't have an ETA. So, I'm feeling disappointed and frustrated with their poor customer attendance.

Cannot get anyone to contact me to resolve one leg of my trip that has been cancelled – A leg of my trip has been cancelled and I cannot get any assistance whatsoever to get this handled. It is clear from Travelgenio's inaction, that they are in the business of making profit from their customer's misfortune and the COVID-19 pandemic. We can only hope Travelgenio reads this and responds in the customers interest.

However today - 4 days before departure, Travelgenio informs me that this flight is no longer and option and that all they can do is offer me a refund (which by the looks of other reviews will never arrive, or take years!). I asked if they could simply change the first leg of my flight to be the day before, and they hung up on me (this is not the first time a call has been disconnected when I have contacted them). Every time I called Travelgenio for help during this process they would say "it is in process". Now 4 days before my flight they have left me without a flight to my destination. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful in this very stressful situation. Never again.

Still waiting for a tax invoice – I booked with tickets several weeks ago and have followed up with nearly an email a day asking for a tax invoice. After the first response asking for the details for the tax invoice I haven't received a response. Surely I'm entitled to a receipt for my purchase.
