Order never filled
I ordered a set of earrings from this Australian website, assuming they had stock within the country. I received a tracking link a couple of days later saying they had been dispatched from Denmark. I was annoyed but decided to just suck it up and wait. Approx 7 weeks later I received a refund and email that my order had been "successfully cancelled". I asked what had happened and was told they were having trouble with their couriers and offered me a voucher for 20% off my next order. I got my money back, sure, but why the lengthy delay? What would be the point of the discount if they just cancel orders after so long with no explanation and no indication of which products they could or would actually deliver?

I ordered a men's bracelet for my nephew's birthday. Ordering and paying was easy as I thought I was ordering through an Australian website. Customer service was ok. I did ask if they could write on the tag I had purchase and received a message that it was not something they do. Once I received the invoice I noticed that the company is in Denmark. If I had known I would not have ordered from them. It's been almost a month for the bracelet to arrive. I would not order from them again but go elsewhere. Sorry Trendhim but you give out misleading information to Aussie consumers.
Great quality for price
Excluding the fact that it is from overseas and can take longer than advertised to arrive, when the watch box I purchased arrived the quality was amazing for the price I paid.
Amazing customer service
I ordered a ring for my partner with a personalized engraving in it. Even though the parcel came from Denmark and took a couple weeks to arrive, i was still amazed by the quality of the ring. UNFORTUNATELY the ring was too big because i selected the wrong size, and when i asked to return it they said it cant be returned because of the engraving but out of good will they have me a voucher for the complete amount i paid for the ring, so i could order the right size. Super thankful for their customer service, saved my $130 from going to waste.

Like everyone else, it took months and months to arrive from Denmark, and when it did, it was not correct and the package was damaged. Appalling. The tracking info given when requested was fabricated. Deceitful scam.
Slow and No
I was led to believe I would have my order in a timely manner as I expected delivery from Victoria, not overseas. Despite being sent an email to say my order had been shipped, when I enquired many weeks later, I was told it hadn't even left Denmark (Europe). This was meant to be a Father's Day present for myself from my young kids. Didn't arrive until 8 October, more than two months after I ordered it. Irrespective of COVID, it wouldn't have arrived in time. The communication from Trendhim was excellent, and I was going to leave a 3 star review..., however, while the products I ordered look great, the quality is poor. I ordered the Madura Tiger's Eye Bracelet. The clasp on the black bracelet won't stay in place, and the bracelet has come off twice in two days (taking off my shirt, and pulling my hand out of my jeans pocket). I am not going to send it back at cost to me, only to wait another two months for a replacement that will likely have the same fault. I am going to use a drop of supa glue to save losing it. I paid $86 for something that doesn't work. I am so disappointed and I will not make future purchases from Trendhim.

Terrible.... As everyone else is stated you're lead to believe that this is coming from Australia on every part of the website, no mention of international delivery, or charges and are given the option to pay for priority 3 day shipping. There was no indication until I tracked the item that it was in a warehouse in Belgium even the email confirmation stated it would be delivered within 3 days. When i checked the tracking it stated delivery in 10 business days. Had i have known, i would not have purchased this item, this is a gift. Upon complain...ing when calling the AUSTRALIAN number on the website, i was directed to the 'customer support' section of the website where right at the bottom of that page within a question on GST charges it stated that orders came from overseas. This is so disgusting and misleading and this company should not be allowed to operate in this manner. It's ripping people off.
Item did not come in time for 40th birthday despite me paying 2/3 of the cost of the item for shipping and shipping clearly stating 3 day delivery. Tried to pass the buck with a disclaimer related to standard delivery. So much more deceitful compared to other online shipping services have used recently,

Seemed Like A Scam
Ordered and they literally didn't send me the USPS tracking link. Then when they sent it to me in an email with just the US PS and link it showed that my product had been sitting in Chicago for weeks…… I told him I would be disputing this with my bank and suddenly the tracking link was updated instantly literally unbelievable this is definitely a scam.
Bought a mens bracelet as I thought they are an australian website (.com.au) with a Sydney contact number but when it was "posted" it showed that it's coming all the way from Belgium. After 16 working days I'm still waiting for my bracelet and their support is not very helpful. Definitely would not buy anything from them again.
No problems with the product. But went onto an Australian website, and assumed "in stock" meant in stock in Australia. There was no indication until I tracked the item that it was in a warehouse in Belgium. I charged my credit card with the online order for the total amount stated on the Australian website, all in Australian dollars. When I checked my credit card transactions there was a charge for an international transaction, related to the purchase of this item. Their website does not disclose there may be any amount of extra charges from ba...nks, in addition to the disclosed and prepaid purchase ;price, and they did not have my authority to charge this to my credit card. On complaining, they explained it was not them but an overseas bank. Only when I again complained that they had no authority to do this and were misleading on their website did they say they would refund it. How many other companies are charging customers accounts without authorisation or proper predisclosure????? How many people do not complain and so don't get given a refund of a cost that should be born by the supplier????
