Excellent staff and workmanship
The salesperson Matt was really helpful with choosing products and keeping my selections within budget. My builder took 21 months from prestart to getting the flooring done and thankfully Trevor’s Carpets honoured the original quoted price. Salesman Chris
Chris listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions and wasn't pushy at all. He gave us some sample pieces to try out at home. Next day we came back to order and although very busy with two staff missing, Chris was very polite and helpful. It was nice not to get the "sales pitch" and false promises many others try to do. Customer service not that great
We installed hybrid flooring by removing our tiles. The tile remover was recommended by Trevors. He did a good job but in some places the bottom of the walls was damaged. When we asked him about it he advised that the scotias will cover it. When the installer came he did the hybrid floor installation but left the scotias as he said the pins wouldn’t go in properly because of the damage and we should get the bottom of the walls repaired & he would come afterwards independently to fix the scotias for an extra charge. After repairing the walls he ... Read moredid not bother to reply to my calls or messages so we called Trevor's customer service to get it done by them. The customer service manager called me back to advise that they will send someone if I pay their another invoice for an extra charge of $165. I found his manner of talking very rude & rough. After I paid the invoice he sent me an email to make sure that the walls are repaired properly & the furniture is moved as the installer will not do it & it will be a wasted trip & there will be additional charge of $250. I found his email very rude the way it was written. Finally the work got done. I asked him for receipt for the payment & got the reply that he had forwarded it to their accounts. After waiting for a week I wrote another email that I still have not got the receipt. I didn’t get any reply from him for two days so had to call customer service again & finally I got the receipt today. I wonder what kind of customer service they have where the manager himself is so rude.Product QualityCustomer Service

Have dealt with Kieran at the cannington branch on 4 separate occasions and each time he couldn't have been more helpful. The install was perfect with a very skilful tradie who cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't be happier!
I have used Trevor's to supply and install the carpets and flooring in a total of 4 of my properties and 2 offices. Each time I have got exceptional service and they have gone above and beyond to help with my endless requests. As someone who works in customer service, not only is their customer service exceptional I have never had any issues with the quality of their products. In my home have had the floors installed over 5 years ago and ( despite the 2 large dogs and children running on it all day) they still look like new. Whether your going in to spend $1 or $100000 they go out their way to help. Workmanship guarantee is a lie
Trevors Carpets supplied and installed Firmfit flooring in our new house through our builder. We are happy with the product, but 2 defects were recorded during our PCI, which Trevors Carpets refuses to acknowledge responsibility. One of the boards has an entire edge folded up, and there is a noticeable lump under an other board which causes a large area around it to flex. Trevors Carpets inspector took several weeks to attend our house, and would only give a vague "some time in the morning" when scheduling. When my pregnant partner was 10 minut... Read morees late because she couldn't abandon work at the drop off a hat, the inspector was extremely rude and full of attitude. The inspector claimed the folded edge was caused by direct sunlight, and the lump was 4mm which is within tolerance of less than 5mm. The inspector agreed they would fix the bent edge, but implied further warranty would be void, and refused to fix the lump. One of the key marketing points for Firmfit is it's durability to the sun, and sun damage doesn't cause only one edge to perfectly fold on a single board. If the lump is 4mm and within tolerance, then Trevors Carpets need to update their spec sheet because it is awful. Our construction supervisor was shocked at how bad it was when he saw it. Our PCI was in early May and we are still waiting for a solution. Stay away from Trevors Carpets, they don't uphold their policiesProduct QualityCustomer Service

2nd time customer
This is my second time dealing with Trevors Carpets Midland. I was very happy with the service and help I got from Danny. He was very helpful. Lorry came out and laid the flooring on time and did a excellent job. The only issue we had was a join had been placed in a walk way. So we rang the store and got a different person on the phone, his attitude was shocking. We tried to explain that we were very happy with the job, his cuts were brilliant the only issue was the join. The man on the phone kept talking over my husband and demanding we remeas... Read moreure the floor now, he kept asking is that exact so we did as he was demanding it. The very next day Lorry came out the replace the flooring once again over the moon with his work and attitude. If it wasn’t for Danny and Lorry’s service and can do attitude I wouldn’t go back. We would have give a 5/5 rating just for those two. The only reason we are giving 4/5 is because of that rude dismissive and demanding man who didn’t even know the job and was telling us were our kitchen and laundry are one room.
