for the lot, $2329.00. We wanted another quote, as it is prudent to do, so we went down the road to another shop. That experience was something completely "different" starting with "welcome". A week for person to take a measure on Friday midday. No feedback until Wednesday morning when we went back to the shop to ask about the quote. The three people busy on their computers, and the fourth, probably manager in the office. I asked about the quote, and they has a few excuses for not providing it. I asked for quote to be emailed to me, and that was good, because I was sitting when I checked quote: vinyl $2695.00 plus carpet $2150.00! Going back to the service of Trevor's personnel, installer came on time, completed the job a bit earlier than he mentioned when we left him to do the job. To be fair, probably the manufacturer price was the key for double the quote, but person has to ask themselves, what justifies that kind of difference in price. The final conclusion: check Trevor's before going anywhere else. I don't know what people experienced in other Trevor's shops, but Bunbury deserves 5+ mark. Thank you.

Getting my house ready to sell and had all the painting done. 1 week later Trevor's Carpets Canning Vale removed old carpets and installed new ones but chipped all the skirting boards and even a window sill. Called them to put in a claim and ask them to fix it, was told their terms and conditions say chips 2cm above the carpet pile is unavoidable… Read more

Sent these photos to the claims team where the top of the skirting is scratched, window sill was chipped and a lot of damage to the mid level of the skirting boards and they refused the claim and said everything is within tolerance.
Apparently the window sill and top of skirting boards are within 2cm of the carpet, what a joke of a company

Workmanship guarantee is a lie – Trevors Carpets supplied and installed Firmfit flooring in our new house through our builder. We are happy with the product, but 2 defects were recorded during our PCI, which Trevors Carpets refuses to acknowledge responsibility. large area around it to flex. Trevors Carpets inspector took several weeks to attend our house, and would only give a vague "some time in the morning" when scheduling. When my pregnant partner was 10 minutes late because she couldn't abandon work at the drop off a hat, the inspector was extremely rude and full of attitude. The inspector claimed the folded edge was caused by direct sunlight, and the lump was 4mm which is within tolerance of less than 5mm. The inspector agreed they would fix the bent edge, but implied further warranty would be void, and refused to fix the lump. One of the key marketing points for Firmfit is it's durability to the sun, and sun damage doesn't cause only one edge to perfectly fold on a single board. If the lump is 4mm and within tolerance, then Trevors Carpets need to update their spec sheet because it is awful. Our construction supervisor was shocked at how bad it was when he saw it. Our PCI was in early May and we are still waiting for a solution. Stay away from Trevors Carpets, they don't uphold their policies

Customer service not that great – We installed hybrid flooring by removing our tiles. The tile remover was recommended by Trevors. He did a good job but in some places the bottom of the walls was damaged. When we asked him about it he advised that the scotias will cover it. wouldn’t go in properly because of the damage and we should get the bottom of the walls repaired & he would come afterwards independently to fix the scotias for an extra charge. After repairing the walls he did not bother to reply to my calls or messages so we called Trevor's customer service to get it done by them. The customer service manager called me back to advise that they will send someone if I pay their another invoice for an extra charge of $165. I found his manner of talking very rude & rough. After I paid the invoice he sent me an email to make sure that the walls are repaired properly & the furniture is moved as the installer will not do it & it will be a wasted trip & there will be additional charge of $250. I found his email very rude the way it was written. Finally the work got done. I asked him for receipt for the payment & got the reply that he had forwarded it to their accounts. After waiting for a week I wrote another email that I still have not got the receipt. I didn’t get any reply from him for two days so had to call customer service again & finally I got the receipt today. I wonder what kind of customer service they have where the manager himself is so rude.
