false company, scam i reckon – I purchased a $99 7 night Bali voucher in December 2022 and not had it booked after 2 attempts at setting dates, which were rejected. Now there is no reply from my emails and the booking email address is bouncing. There is no contact phone number that works. Do not buy a voucher from this company. They are either unbelievably ignorant and incompetent. Or they are dishonest criminals.

their phone is not working / services are not active. We paid $398 each to book package on 21 Aug 2019. We are really getting anxious as there is no sort of contact number you can talk to customer service. We believe this company never exist and doggy too.

March 2024. I am standing in the foyer of 530 Little Collins Street Melbourne. No one in the building has ever heard of TrippinOz. The telephone number they advertise. Disconnected. If you can find a positive review notice the reviewer has not had their trip. By the way I suspect positive reviews are by the scammer running this site. I sent every positive review a simple request " Where did you stay ? ". Not a single response. I have an email from Trippinoz confirming a booking at a resort. When I rang the resort to arrange an airport pick up, the resort says no booking ever made. Your money, your gamble.

ADDITION. Consumer Affairs Victoria sent TrippinOz emails seeking details of the advertised holidays. TrippinOz ignored Consumer Affairs.

Don’t purchase any holiday offer from this company – I have tried so many times to contact them by phone in regards to the holiday that I purchased. Their phone doesn’t work. They didn’t respond to my email. I’ll call the Dept of Fair trading. Show details

Bali Bookings – I had bookings with this company on 2020 to go Bali due to Covid I had to cancel my dates, I was advised I can use anytime, now i am trying to get booking confirmation for next year not getting response. They prolong the matter hoping customers would give up on their $99 and let them get away with that . They charged me $99 , got back to me twice after long wait and eventually never responded back , no accomodation booking , no email and absolutely nothing DON NKT GET FOOLED BY THEIR AD .

Scammers – I would not recommend ANYONE ever use this “SERVICE “. Have tried for the last last several months after requesting a refund to be offered other options in my own state of SA.
