I had to canceled my flight ticket and never received any refund. There isn't any phone number to get in touch with then, just numbers that doesn't connect. The only communication it's through the website that, sometimes they replay but never actually solved the issue.
Lost almost $2000.00.

The flight was supposed to depart from [Casablanca Int. airport Morocco] at [01/08/2018 at 07:10],to [Phuket Int. Airport, Thailand 02/08/2018 at 14:05]. I paid 563.25€
I have committed a car accident , my leg and hand are broken.

TERRIBLE - STAY AWAY
TERRIBLE - stay away!!!! Got a text message about 7:30 pm the night before my flight to Indonesia saying the company had “problems issuing my ticket” and that my AM flight over had been cancelled and that I needed to contact the airline. I contacted the airline and they told me that tripsta had contacted them several weeks earlier to request a refund for that ticket. Basically leaving me with a return ticket from Indonesia but no ticket to get over there. No refund given and impossible to contact. So basically was charged the price of a return ticket for a one way flight. On top of that had to now book a ticket over to Indonesia on short notice during peak season and paid a LOT more for the flight. Should ban them from skyscanner

I booked international flight online. I received email to confirm flight with eTicket. Then I received another email 3 months later to say that the flight departure time has changed from 16:25 to 16:05. Boy oh boy, am I glad that my first stint of the flight is with Qantas & I have a habit of checking in online. On the Qantas website it states the flight actually changed to depart at 11:50am! On the Qantas website it had this message: "Your flight booking has changed. Acknowledge changes to all flights to continue." Usually you are able to scro...ll down and click a button to accept the changes; however, when you book through a "travel agent" (don't think Tripsta qualifies to call themselves that) you then get this message instead of the button: "Your flight has changed. Contact your travel agent to acknowledge changes." I off course immediately tried to contact Tripsta. However; there is no phone number, no instant message, no email address... just a contact form. And in response to my message, I off course receive an automated email stating: " Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. To immediately address your question, please note that this is an automated message which contains generic information regarding the changes to our customer service structure. If you have an existing booking with us your tickets remain valid. If you need to make any changes, cancellations, or if you have any questions regarding your booking, please contact the respective airline directly. Please note when speaking with the airline that you must provide your reference number provided by the airline (which can be found on your e-ticket) and not the tripsta reference number. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The tripsta team"
Missing the flight- legal actions required!
We were not allowed by China southern airline to get inboard because we haven't been informed by Tripsta about necessity of having visa for using Urumqi for transit!!! We missed 3 back to back flights and bought another expensive tickets from Emirates. Tripsta's lines in Australia are not valid!!!! No one takes responsibility about the money and time we are loosing!!! This is a terrible service. If I do not get any response from them, I will do legal action in Australia for sure!!! They are playing with customers.
August 8th 2018 Update: I...ATA's response! I have reached IATA office in Sydney. The IATA membership number that Tripsta has provided is not valid. So, they are not registered at IATA. I would suggest to block your bank accounts to prevent any further abuse and report them to the government as I've done so! If we all do the same, we might be about to get the refund! No refund for cancelled ticket and can’t contact Tripsta
Booked on line via SkyScanner. Kona to SAN Francisco on Alaska Airlines. As a result of significant change to flight itinerary cancelled the booking on 22 June, still no refund. Contacted Alaska Airlines who advised refund has been processed and to contact booking agent. All phone numbers I have tried for Tripsta are disconnected and can’t contact on line as just get auto reply.

Never ever will i do on line bookings
Tripsta company was directed to me through sky scanner, this is now a huge warning to all. If the fares are too good to be true then don't do it..go to a travel agent or similar pay that little extra, for peace of mind. I have lost a grand total of 8,900aud dollars due to this tripsta company. My flights were never real, airline comforted this, so had to pay on the day for our seats, i got onto tripsta and they were saying yes your tickets are still valid, on our departure day i went on line to check us in and nope kept coming up invalid. I wen...t to the airline service office showed them our e tickets and the email from tripsta. Was informed that they were cancelled and that the email telling me they were valid was a lie..so to get us back home i had to pay an extra 4000aud for 2 seats. Have constantly been emailing them but get automated response except for one where it states that yes my tickets are invalid and that, the only refund ill be getting is 60 dollars each ticket, after they take out there fees and charges, I had a go at them, as this is appalling and i said that they didn't even provide a service, so still waiting for a response to that, oh and i had to email them before the 20 July 2018 or there will be no refund...

I had booked a Jet Airways flight via Skyscanner website for my journey on BHX to BLR on 26-Jul and Return journey on 1-Aug. Yesterday all of a sudden I got an email Tripsta that my booking has been cancelled. They asked me to contact Jet Airways directly for refund/re-booking. But when I contacted Jet Airways customer centre over call, they told me that Tripsta has cancelled this booking and they have been refunded.

Ticket Fraud/No Accountability
On June 20th 2018 i was due to fly from Dublin to Moldova after purchasing a ticket from your website. When I arrived at the airport the desk for Air Moldova told me you had not paid them and I will not be able to board the flight. It was not until I purchased another ticket that Tripsta decided to call me and say "sorry but looks like air Moldova didn't take our payment for flights but we payed them...."after a healthy exchange of emails which I have for proof you promised to contact me and get my money back as what happened was against Intern...ational Air Transit Association. I've been patiently waiting for a response from your company on the matter but I have received nothing, air, no response. It leads me too believe you are not doing anything as promised and you expect that I will not continue to get my refund. That will not be the case. I will be messaging you on every platform until you give me the response I deserve, the one telling me when I will be fully refunded.

Never ever booking with Tripsta again
I booked 2 international return tickets from Melbourne and had an emergency that we needed to change the return date. It is impossible to contact the company ! All you can do is to send a request and you get an automated response to contact the airline directly and the airline advised the way this company booked is not letting them change and we had to contact Tripsta! Impossible to get in contact with their customer service I even emailed their corporate office and tried to call any of their international listed contact numbers in other countries with no use. I will never book through this company and be in this situation again waiting for ever!
WORST online ticketing system ever!!!
I've booked a flight from tripsta from Taiwan to Sydney. However, I've wanted to make a flight change for my back date. I've kept contact tripsta but no one reply. I've tried facebook, emails and phone calls. What a crap system is that. I have been waiting for a whole month and still no response. I have to purchase another flight ticket to fly back Taiwan. The ticket that I purchased from tripsta is now useless. Do yourself a flavour, DON'T ever try this ticketing system. Worst ever!!!!

I reckon there's no hope for my departure rebooking, because I already spoke directly to Quantas regarding this matter unfotunately there is nothing they can do to help me about it because according to them only the travel agency can do the rebooking for departure flights, but they can do the rebooking for return flights. I purchased my round trip flight tickets (Taipei<->Venice) from Tripsta. Due to the un-prevented situation happened, I need to cancel my flight and request for refund. I bought the ticket insurance from Tripsta, which means I paid more for the free cancellation.
