cancelled my order, refused to give back my $3000.00 , NAB had to case this thieving merchant down after they lied and said they had release the back to the bank. Please run them out of business, by not supporting this thieving internet merchant

TV Shop. Don't do it!!!

I will never ever order or be sucked into buying anything from the tv shop again... They say 'we are committed to ensuring all of our customers have a great experience with us by providing the best service' hassle free... The TV Shop have no idea of the meaning of the words customer service, instead greed,quotas, being pushy & all just parroting the same garbage, anything to get a sale... But hey you can be sure of getting a free gift, supposedly value of $70-, worth no more than $10- the only guarantee is, its all rubbish.. Oh & that you will wear the cost of returning the rubbish because it was nothing like the big speel you got when you ordered it.

I've written this for one reason,to hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing what I have!

Be careful

Just want to let everyone know to be careful with tv shop. I rang up about the power smokeless grill, and after they told me how great it is they said it costs only $399. I explained its only $119 on amazon and $128 on eBay and you get everything that they said is free as a standard purchase ( the hot plate and glass lid) you do not get the free frying pan ($272) supposedly free, that’s how much extra you are paying with tv shop. The operator had no answer. So just be careful items are a lot cheaper else where don’t fall for the try for free and if your not happy return it . It’s a gimmick to charge you extra.

Do not go for any two for one offers

Recently ordered a Multigrip set of pliers. The TV offers said callers would get two sets for the price of one and an added bonus of three larger sized multigrips as well. When I spoke to the agent, I confirmed verbally that I will get two sets for $299 AND the three larger sizes for free. The agent said yes but he kept concentrating on upselling me some other products that he claimed were slashed to half price 'just for me' He would put me on hold whilst he was 'speaking to the manager about how much he can drop the price just for me'. I found it all very fake but ended up buying a Rotary Saw for 149.00 (something that I didn't need but I really wanted to get off the phone). When the product arrived, I only got one set. When I queried it, they said they would have to listen to the recorded conversation and call me back. Of course when they called me back they denied promising two sets because 'it was the professional package'. I think they never listened to any recording. I also had a second interaction when I tried to enquire about the price of a "transformer ladder' I got shunted to multiple agents with various accents and finally got one that wouldn't let me go even when I said I couldn't justify paying $800 for a ladder She kept dropping the price (again speaking to the manager just for me). I really do not like dealing with this company.
The products moreover appear so cheaply made and mass produced. Not at all satisfied with the service or product quality. I will never call TV Shop again. I would advise people to think carefully before you make the call.

Pathetic customer service-Would have given zero start if it was an option

Beware of the company,ordered a product,they sent me second hand product,I argued about it and they threatened me to charge restocking fee if I wont open the box as according to them it was new.I opened the box and had a proof that it was opened and repacked product. Calling them and getting them to understand your problem is a nightmare.They don't care about your time and hassle you go through as a customer. Very,Very disappointed..

Don't be fooled by the name. There is no bamboo in the pillow. Ripped off. Not the original. Bamboo pillow (Bambillow) They admit it AFTER you have bought product. All phone numbers lead back to TV shop.

Quick and well informed

Im not sure what the fuss is all about the customer service. They are pretty fast in response with accurate info. They have heaps of products and if someone needs help they do take sometime to get back. But the info is to the point. They know their prd well.

Sunshine blade!!

Recently brought a sunshine blade to beat the Winter. It has been one of the best decisions I have made, it’s already getting quiet chilly in Melbourne so I’m looking forward to using over winter. Delivery was also prompt. All in all money well spent.

Good product and good customer service.

I bought the iWalk treadmill few weeks ago. When I received it, there was minor dent on the one side. I easily figured out that it happened in the delivery truck. I called up to notify about the damage to which I was told that someone will call in 24-48 hours. Understandably, a business does require sometime to call back I received a call and they asked for a photo which I sent. Soon after that I received a call back again from them and they arranged for a pick up (as it was a heavy item) to get it replaced. They took their usual processing time which was suppose to be but my issue was resolved and the second iWalk was perfect. I later realised that they ask for photo so they make a note to the courier company.
Really happy with the product and the support team is also helpful.

Very dodgy, every steps you have to be careful

Agreed to buy on pain eraser, seen on TV ad. 1st said OK to pay by Australia Post Load & Go Visa card, after few days said No, then paid by direct debit from another bank, their option always pay by credit card, so they can take money straight away. Then came the catches: keep changing terms and conditions as well as price and asking more and more money, trying to charge full price, keep calling, keep changing agreed terms, wasting my times and annoying, at times you would get some customer service officers who would ask you pay as like commanding, rather a polite request, not a fair type company, untrustworthy

Why on earth do people keep buying from these TV advertisements? It seems that there are a myriad of issues, substandard products, non delivery, not interested in fixing or refunds and the list continues. In most cases, if you really must buy this rubbish it is far cheaper on ebay anyway.
