Great heater kept me warm – The stand with heater model SNBHTR fell over and broke the filament. I didn't notice it until turning it on...after awhile it sparked out with a bright flash. took a while for them to respond to my email with video of product not working & had to make a complaint with Pay pal before they got in contact but happy now all resolved

TV shop is a rip off!! Product was ezwell massage system and it didn't do what it was supposed to do,rollers were too far apart for my neck! Advice on the phone was poor so I decided to return and had to pay $70 returning the package so a $120 loss for delivery both ways! Never will buy from here again and will never recommend. Not a happy customer :(

Rip off – I’m appalled at the amount of money they charge to send a item back , they are praying on our older population who are confined to home and charge exhorted rates for absolute junk my mother is out of pocket $900 and a additional $100 to return this garbage , this company will be reported to ACCC don’t purchase anything from them and make sure your family members don’t get scammed

They would have been 5 stars , but when they arrived, I looked at them and said , OMG. They were much too big for my fridge/freezer, if they had been 1/2 the size smaller, they would have been great. I also only ordered 2 pkts of 2 which meant I get 8, but I recieved 2 cartons. 18 stacks. So they all had to go back $77.45 later. Returned.

Extremely disappointing experience – purchased ezwell remedy massage mattress wrong one sent first sent back at my expence got right size zip broken and does not perform as a massage just light impulses on the body but rough and violent on the neck pad sent back at my expence and they deducted $90 from the refund NEVER DEAL AGAIN

the original packaging box and paid $47 for postage. When it comes to refunding my $80 i paid upfront for the 30 days trail, i got hit with $50 processing and handling fees that was not mentioned during the call, the sale person was more interested in negotiating the price than making it clear that the customer will be charged for any processing fees. Tricking and misleading advertising is not a way to make money.

seconds later I am told that one has just come back into stock and I can have it for $350. All this sales rubbish just tells me that this company is about ripping people off. However we all have choices, so think about what is happening and do not trade with them.

TV Shop are a Rip Off! – We ordered 2 instachill coolers at christmas 2023 and when they arrived they would not do the job the Represenative told us they would do. What a total waste of time. When we returned them we were slugged a whopping $170.00 In postage and still have not received any refund. Do not buy products from this company total rip off!

Instachill rip-off – Brought the instachill thinking it would be a good product. Absolute rubbish. Have been trying for a week to cancel the order and get a refund as they promise. No call has been returned each time they promise to get an agent to get back to me within 24 hours. Conned into get a FishSeeker without being explained the FACTS – 1. That wouldn't be so bad if they were $100-$200 but, 5. an Electric reel is valued at over $1,000 AU meaning it would cost me around $2,500 to use it with a bit of security. 6. To set the compass inside it, you need to go in the directions of north, south, east and west. Don't buy any item from TV shop – I bought vacuum cleaner. They don't provide much information when buying items from tv shop. After the warranty period finishes then they tell you. They are ripp off. Would advise not buy from them.

TV shop and Inventus Products -FALSE, don't fall for them - TV Sop does not deserve even a 1 star – I purchased the inventus X9 products- vacuum cleaner, mop, storage set and 4 yrs extended warranty making a total of $1,289.97 in Jan 2022. terrible as it leaves pool of water here and there. I made a complain about the vacuum lack of suction power as it was not anywhere close to what was displayed in the advertised video with my own supporting video. However, product was returned back to me advising vacuum is in perfect working condition, only need to use the tubo function which I've also tried and did not give any satisfactory result.

I kept on enduring this torture of the product until I noticed the battery started dropping off constantly while in use which became very frustrating and dangerous. Dangerous because of the battery position, weight of the battery and distance to the feet. There was an instance when the battery fell off and landed on my 15 year old's right foot and several near misses. To cap it all, in January 2023, the motorised power brush snapped off while in use without any external contact.

I made a video of this and reported issue to TV Shop customer care in January and was advised I would be contacted. I was not contacted by anyone until I followed up on it end of June 2023.

I was later contacted on 03/07/23 to be offered a replacement of the motorised head. However, I advised I was not interested in this product any more hence, would like a refund. I was advised to return the product for assessment which I did within a day.

AND THAT WAS WHEN THE STORY CHANGED AND DRAMA STARTED.

I was advised that the warehouse claimef there was no damage to the vacuum and this would be sent back to me so $29.99 was deducted from my account despite categorically advising the agent I spoke with that I do not authorise the payment because I no longer want or need the product.

I was on the phone for over an hour with TVShop customer care and was literally advised to do my worst as the management's decision stands irrespective of my claims, there will not be a refund no mater what.

As of 21/07/23, the customer care representative was confrontational insisting that I keep a useless product with false product claims.

Guys, please do not fall into TV Shop' s product scam.

Disgusting – I was told I would be paying 10 dollars a week to pay for the tebo chair... the guy took 1000 out of my account, then sent me a receipt for 13000 ongoing payments.... he lied to me to make a sale... don't buy from this company at all. I'm devastated. They took all my money. Stay away from this tvShop.

This company is a SCAM – Phoned now on a number of occasions, at different times of the day about different products advertised on in particular chanel 10 and keep getting told to leave name and number.
