TwinGlaze and was told it was due to supply chain problems and out of their control. Fair enough, though I would like this communicated as soon as they were aware. They said they would be in touch closer to the installation date. That was as of 3rd June.

3 weeks went by with no update, so I called them and spoke with [Name Removed] the operations admin. She said she would chase it up, and they would be in contact as soon as they received the glass, in early July.

On 12th July I was told the installation date would be provided by 15th July. On 15th July I was told it would be on 22nd July.

Yesterday TwinGlaze came, and found that they measured incorrectly all those months ago, and their glass didn't fit the windows.

daughters window. Being so young her bedtimes vary but kids need their sleep.

Neighbours had a party one night and it travelled into her room very loudly, then we also then had the neighbours dog which would bark during the nights and we had another dog one house further along.(which is the worst one)

But all noises travelled into her window and such a high level so high level it went into the baby monitor where it picked it up and beeped constantly.

For noise to travel into a baby monitor it does have to be at a certain level, and it was at that level!

This was disturbing her sleep. (nothing is worst that a kid that can’t sleep)

We started investigating on double glaze, twin glaze, secondary glazing and what that meant.

We approached several companies, but it was Daryl from Twinglaze that got back to us straight away, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful not to mention reasonably priced.

Daryl explained to us our options and we decided to go with the secondary double glazed window. This was to give us approx 60% (results as per below more like 100% to us)

He had the window ready ahead of time.

We also had a issue where we had shutters installed so therefore with the secondary double glaze window meant was not fit for shutters, Daryl is so amazing he then figured out how we could still keep the shutters and have the window.

Darly went above and beyond anyone I know to make this happen and we are so grateful.

To be able to achieve the noise reduction of the window, have it fit then reinstall our shutters to still be able to use the shutters was amazing! Most people would just say can’t do it or you figure it out.

He was extremely professional, honest, reliable and he new what he was talking about he informed us on the type of windows we have answered all our questions and was so patient with us, we would highly recommend him & his company in NSW.

The results of the secondary glazing have been amazing.

Dogs barking doesn’t entre the window! Garbage truck has reverse sirens on every week as we live in a court this doesn’t even come through the window! Can’t even hear the neighbours talking in her room!

Even though result say it gives us further 60% our results to us have been more like 100% to what it was to hear nothing now is just amazing.

We are so happy with the results! We highly recommend this company and would use them for the future for our other windows!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

phone and follow up email, price negotiated and deposit given. Painless, effortless, quick and handled beautifully. All with the understanding by them that they would be coming to check measure and sign off before going ahead. On arrival the check measure gentleman first tested my glass and immediately without hesitation informed me my glass was already laminated (something I did not know) and was already giving me a 35% reduction in noise. He advised me not to proceed because for the money I would now only be expecting a further 15% reduction in noise. A lesser company would have hid this fact, taken my money and proceeded.

Make no mistake I can attest that this company both fielded the fastest and most efficient service possible, but far more importantly, exhibited the highest integrity and honesty throughout the entire process. On their advise I did not proceed but if however you may wonder if you are dealing with a quality firm, then yes I can absolutely without doubt recommend them.

Had issues with temperature in the bedrooms and can definitely say there is a difference after the double glazing was installed, Huss and Murat were professional and cleaned as they installed. very happy with twinglaze!

Misrepresented their product, left windows dirty, refused to engage at any stage under Australian Consumer Law. TwinGlaze is in breach of a 2025 ACAT Order and ACT Magistrates Court Judgement to refund me close to $20,000. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I AM SUING THESE PEOPLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK – I am not convinced these people can do what they claim (at least so for wooden window frames). The job they did at my place was truly awful. spent 18 months trying to get them to either refund my fees, or fix up the damage they did. They've done neither so I am now suing them in ACAT.

Friendly staff but doesn’t block out noise – After afew months I can honestly say it has helped a little but I can still hear the garbage truck and a bit of traffic. the place done to increase my appartments value when selling (saying the unit is double glazed would be a great selling point) and received this rather unprofessional response from their “customer service” I have received your enquiry on getting additional windows, but your name has come up in our system under negative reviews. But despite the bad customer service they do deserve 2 extra stars. I don’t think any product would drown out noise 100% but if it wasn’t for that bad reply I would consider getting the rest of my place done.

I got the VacGlaze installed on all my windows last week. Product itself is fine - but after sales service in Canberra seems to be non-existent – I needed the runners on our glass sliding door replaced as after two years the door became very difficult to open due to failure of the bottom sliding/rolling system. Update: After one final email tot he company telling them I was going to seek help elsewhere and advising them I had put up this review I received a phone call from head office and miraculously someone came same day and fixed my door - a half hour job! As I said in my review - the product itself is good. However, the company's inability to respond to requests/phone calls/email in a timely fashion is letting it, and customers down.
