forthcoming. I followed this up again in May 2026, and Jun 2026, I only received a generic email, no refund, no apology. I posted a review on Trust Pilot and lo and behold UBuy responded stating that they had delivered all x4 units, which is a complete fallacy. This is disgraceful customer service, particularly given that the order prior to this one was also delivered short of a couple of units and an order prior to that one was delivered with a handful of units broken due to inappropriate packaging. I did not receive all x4 units, I only received x3 and UBuy should have honoured a refund because failure to do so is THEFT. Will never shop with them again! Order no. 182601123210.

I purchased two tennis rackets from the Ubuy online shop, and I’m extremely satisfied. The quality of the rackets is excellent, and they were exactly as described. I would recommend them for their customer service and prompt response to enquiries. The product i received was not entirely suitable but still worked for its purpose better than other solutions and was a company that sold through ubuy who were happy to help me further not i didn’t see the point of sending anything back. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. Do not buy from here. I purchased and paid using paypal, they said they needed proof of payment, which I provided and then they cancelled my order!!!! Id*ots and very unresponsive. STAY AWAY if in Australia!

I do not recommend Ubuy at all. Their pricing practices are deceptive.

Honestly id never use or trust Ubuy Australia again they were Honestly the worst to deal with. I brought an item and paid for 3-6 days delivery (express) once the time had passed and there was no updates to my order is reached out and was told 3 times in the same week that it was due that day and would arrive by the end of day. obviously I then reached out and asked for a refund because the service and support team were insufficient and just lied and was told to wait a further 2 more business days as it was finally escalated. I asked the member what would happen if nothing was done in the 2 business days and he assured me something will be done and it was their highest priority. 2 business days later I reach out and yet again nothing has happened. I ask for a refund again and im told to wait again I refuse and say ive been waiting and the person says ive sent this off to my cancellation team wait 1-2 business days for them to process it and 7-10 business days to recieve it. I proceeded to ask for my issue to be escalated as I wanted to complain and wrote my story out. I was then hit with sorry this has been done now please wait. The company will not help you from what ive heard things dont show up and when they do its usually the wrong item. This is the worst customer service I have received and I urge everyone to avoid buying from them at all costs.
