The size was a disaster. I wear a size 44 Euro in dress shoes. Ordered the same in UGG slippers and they would not fit on my feet. Too narrow, not long enough. I think if the size was increased 4x they would not fit. What a disappointment. They also do not send a packaging slip or any details on how to return and they come from China, not Australia as claimed. Show details
Admittedly a few years old now, but we bought the real Ugg because we wanted to support the local sherrif. We'll just buy the cheap ripoffs from now on. Boots are boots and should wear like boots imo. Show details
POOR QUALITY, SOLE FALLS APART – AVOID - I spent $200 dollars on a product which lasted a little over 6 months, (to which I have only worn for half that time) before they fall apart at the seam. Company quotes manufacture warranty of 30 days and refuses to replace or repair. Having replaced a pair of Emu boots which lasted 6 years, I am.extremely disappointed with the quality. Strongly advise to avoid purchasing from Ugg Boots Made in Australia.

A must have in the winter – I buy the tall black uggs every 2 years. I live in them in the winter. I've been wearing them 20 plus years. The are made well and not really too expensive. I'm elderly and handicapped and I have never slipped on water or ice. They are a must have in the winter. Great price and delivery was even fast. The picture below shows one boot I've worn 2 years and then my new ones with tag Show details
Awful people awful boots – The boots I ordered were uk8 for my daughters Christmas present. What the sent was practically uk 12 mens size. (12.5 inches) The inside of the boot measurement is slightly smaller than 12 inches 29.4cm. FRAUD They are saying I have to pay $46 for the return. And also keep insisting the they are a uk8 . LOVE my Uggies! – There is nothing like a new pair of Uggies! This is my second genuine pair and I will never go back! NEVER! This time I bought the tall lace up ones and they are sooo comphy just like my first shorter pair! Just remember to wear them with socks, thick or thin, just to stop them from smelling like sweaty feet and potentially making them less soft/fluffy inside cos you want to avoid washing them so they last FOREVER! Satisfied customer – I love my ausboots, have just bought a second pair, the quality is very good and I did not wait to long before they arrived and love the colours and they are a good fit Show details
Comfy and warm – I bought my Australian Ugg boots from Wombat Lodge in Albany WA. They are warm and very comfortable. I decided to outlay the money as these will last me many many years and I know they are genuine UGG boots. I bought the ones with the buttons on the side. They are waterproof and wont smell like cheap inferior ones and a little different as I… Read more
purchased the grey ones which go well with darker coloured jeans.
many other inferior products out there but try Wombat Lodge as they are genuine Australian products.
Please Read – I would like to re submit my review my review I gave a couple of years ago was this website www.australianuggoriginal.net.au don't buy from these...I would like to mention a lot of our uggboots in Australia are from china or imported from other countries not saying all there are I guess some made here in Australia but not many as the cost would… Read more

Poor quality and after service – Very poor quality. Seam gave way after light indoor use for a year. Their customer service quoted 30 day return policy and suggested I get a boot maker to fix . Suggest you Avoid and try the other ugg boot manufacture. Show details
Don’t Bother – I ordered a pair of Uggs from this company in December. They were delivered to my home about 3 weeks later and left on my porch where they were stolen by a porch pirate. They claim that they shipped them to be delivered with signature required and leave card if we were not available so that we could pick up at the post office. The post office… Read more
keeps digital photos of the package and no where on it does it give the instructions above. So, bottom line, they lied about how they were shipped and no accountability for their error, so I’m out $215. STUPID ME, I ordered another pair and now they won’t let me cancel. I will NEVER order from here again and will gladly purchase more DECKER made Uggs. So disappointed and frustrated.
Bad sizing. Not the same product – The delivery was very, very slow and not according to 'promise'. Worse, delivery and return policies are not customer friendly- you will have to pay to return a product. The boots I received were a full size bigger than reported (in my late 50s, so not my first time ordering boots online). I had to pay to return the product that didn't meet… Read more
expectation, minus the shipping fee already assessed AND a 20% restocking fee. These boots are NOT the same as expected. STAY AWAY!

BEWARE - Not contactable at all – Placed an order with Opal Ugg and no way to reach someone who can tell me when my order can be filled. Make me worry...biz close down? But still have website running with ppl buying online and then waiting forever to receive goods. Rang the 03...fixed line number and got msg saying the line is disconnected.
"Uggs Made in Australia " brand - don't think so – I actually purchased from this brand - "Uggs made in Australia " and have to agree with others who have bought from this same company. Sizing was fine, quality of sheepskin fine. Comfort and attention to manufacturing detail poor. One of mine has been made with the nap/pile going in a different direction on one panel making them pull my jeans… Read more
around until they are so tight and uncomfortable I have to keep taking them off and adjusting jean leg constantly. Also, the heel piece on the outer is not deep enough and cuts into my heel (I have a pair of different brand ones bought 12 years ago, none of these issues and still fine except for worn wool on inner sole). I sent an email (no other contact details available) and no auto generated email received to say they'd received it etc, and still no response. Much as these were labelled with "Australian made" tags I don't believe they are made in Australia, as surely an Aussie company would be open with their phone number and address, unlike this company.
FAKE!! BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING – Not Uggs! Not Suede! Not sheepskin. Obviously man made - cheaply man made materials. Strong chemical smell - most likely made in China or some other 3rd world country. Obscene return policy. 20% restocking fee, return postage and the "strongly recommend" you purchase insurance and tracking service as they are not responsibe if your return gets… Read more
"lost", which I feel certain happens EVERY TIME you don't have proof they received it. I will just have to donate these pieces of crap! Does not deserve even a fraction of a star!
WISH i SAW THESE REVIEWS BEFORE – The company advised me as to what size I should order. I listenned but when they arrived they were much to small! Cost me $58.75 USD to return them and now they are also going to charge me 20% restocking fee. So I ended up paying $78.00 for nothing. They assume no responsibility for the error! STAY AWAY. Wish I had seen these reviews before. I can't attest to the quality of the boots but I can to their rotton customer service. Show details
There's a reason they have so many 1 star ratings – These boots are significantly larger than advertised. I was so careful to check and recheck my foot measurement!! Customer service was eventually responsive, however they will not refund me in full (return will cost me about $60 including shipping). There are many other places to buy uggs - avoid this one. BE AWARE OF HUGE CUSTOMS BILL! – I faced a £72 customs duties bill to receive my boots in the UK, having already paid £72 in shipping. I feel they should be more transparent with this as they must be aware of potential duties costs, rather than hiding behind their T&Cs small print. Turned out to be very expensive and they weren't interested in helping, just send a promotion code for a future order - as if!
Poor experience – I had the same issue with these guys as many others. I ordered an EU 4, it did not specify whether this was a male or female 43. I didn't know there was a distinction since there is no option to choose this online. I got sent out a Ladies 43.. which is huge. I had to pay shipping to send back to get a refund, then they only gave me 80% of the… Read more
cost back because they considered it 'change of mind'. I told them they should specify whether it is a male or female size to be clear. They told me it was my mistake. I am disappointed with my experience from a well known Australian manufacturer. I have opted to buy from an a non-Australian brand. Disappointed for sure. Don't buy from these fools.
DO NOT buy from this company – Bought 2 pairs of UGFs and both were the incorrect size. I planned to return/ exchange but paying $15 each way ( already ) meant it’s too expensive to risk about her wrong size. We’re long time Ugg wearers. I returned both the day after they arrived. The company then charged a 20% re stock fee = $75. So for delivery and restock - I spent $105 and got nothing but inconvenience and no boots. Show details
Buyer beware – I purchased slippers for my husband without checking reviews. The company's size chart said that a size 43 which he is was a size 11 at this store. It certainly is not and they are 2 sizes too big. I enquired about returning the item but they charge a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay postage both ways to get the right size. As the reviews are poor I am not going to bother. I will have to find a very big man instead. Show details

Terrible quality and Fake – Don't buy from this company, after just one month of stitchings were coming out from the shoe. I had to buy another boot from www.uggbootsaustralia.com.au Show details
Terrible quality, a hole appeared after a few days of wearing – This company is dodgy. It is so hard to get a refund as they say it is your fault they fell apart???? They said we must have been scraping them against the wall but they were worn inside by a lady who is 76 years of age, I know she wasn't doing anything of the sort!! They would not give any sort of refund just accepted them back with no… Read more
compensation. Took it to the ACCC but they said I would have to pay another $100 to go further and I was already out of pocket $160 so I didn't go any further.
These are fake! Do not buy! – People, do not fall for this site! I wasted good money on shipping because I didn’t do my research. UGG boots are not made in Australia and haven’t been for decades. The company was bought out from Australia a long time ago. They are made in China Cambodia Vietnam Philippines and the US. If UGG boots say they are made in Australia or New Zealand… Read more
that is a big red flag do not buy them! The boots I bought from them had stiff plasticky soles, did not even say ugg on the boots and had that awful toxic plastic smell. And they were delivered in a plastic bag. UGG boots are always delivered in a nice box. I fell for these rip off masters. Don’t you do the same!
Fell apart just after three months – Dreadful ugg boots and despicable customer service. After just over three months the stitching was coming undone and the boots were falling apart. I paid $166 which was 'half price'. Cannot contact the company other than via email. Received a response of "not covered under the 30 day manufacturers warranty". Do not recommend. Show details
Absolute Discrace of a product!!! Opal Ugg Boots – So disappointed with the quality of these boots. I bought 2 pairs and after 2 weeks the soles are starting to apart from the bottom and the sheepswool is hardly there in the insole. If this is Australian made i would be shocked. You dont mind paying decent money for quality though this is not even china quality, this is another level. Buyer Beware !! Never again will i purchase Opal Ugg Boots, absolute joke of a company. Disgrace – These opal slippers are falling apart. The inner soles are just Tufts of wool poorly glued and soon falling off. They say made in Australia so I am deeply disappointed especially since my Chinese made UGGs are still as good as ever. Show details
Do not buy - Mine fell apart within 2 months – Very dodgy company. I thought I was buying 100% aussie ugg boots. Mine fell apart after just 3 months. You can not contact the company except via there enquiry email, there are no phone numbers. I sent an email explaining that the boots I had purchased had already fallen apart and they said "we only have a 30 day warranty" Terrible Show details
Attention SCAM! – ANTI consumer policies: 1/3 of the value is lost if you return; smells like a paint factory; poor quality sole; 0 packaging! T&C don't allow to cancel order before it comes! NEVER BUY THERE! Show details
Very dubious quality - very unhappy – I believe I recieved a men's 10 not a women's 10. No acknowledgement of size or quality problem. Supposed to be A grade Australian merino sheepskin. Waste of $179. I even paid more for the Delux pair. This product is endorsed by the Made in Australia website (with the green triangle) and have links from that website to this company. husband's mens size 10 (blue uggs) from Peter Alexander. Same size as the Women's 10 I purchased. Wool sparse and rough on the new 'delux' chestnut uggs from Uggs Made in Australia.
Do not buy from this company – Absolute rip off. Paid $135 for similar quality to a Target product. Will be contacting ACCC. They’re relying on brand confusion to steal your money and I thought I was buying from the real Australian ugg boot manufacturer. Don’t waste your money. Show details
