Expensive return

Never again!
My boots arrived quickly, which was great although on trying them on size 40 was too small even though every shoe in my wardrobe is size 40.
Returns are available but after paying $18 postage I also had to pay a $5 restocking fee so the whole experience cost me $23!!
I certainly won’t be ordering from Ugg direct again… once bitten twice shy! Show details

Steer clear, rubbish quality

So disappointed with my ugg slippers, would recommend they are not purchased! Wore inside only for 2 months (over summer so not even every day) & they have worn right through & have a hole in the bottom. Contacted Ugg Direct & was told this was normal wear & tear. Have never had to replace slippers after only 2 months before, even cheaper ones. Product looks cute but is rubbish quality & waste of $. Show details

Buyer be careful. Zero After Sale Customer Service

I purchased 2 items in Mid February and after chasing my order for weeks and being gaslit by the online customer agents - there is no phone number to call - they eventually admitted that that my purchase has been returned to their warehouse. The courier company informed me that it was labelled with the incorrect address. Now, no one is answering my emails or social media contact. No one at all. Silence. I have requested that my order is redelivered and an estimated date. No answer. Now they have my money and I have my frustration no products. I have tried contacting them on their email, contact page of their website and messaged them on their Instagram account. I am writing this in Mid-March. Show details

Terrible product

These slippers were a terrible make. I returned them. When you return with this company, you pay a restocking fee plus postage. I will NEVER order through this company again. Terrible product, terrible customer service, slow shipping. I would leave zero star if I could. Show details

Great Slippers for elderly

Different product on website and different boot received

I ordered Ugg boots from them recently.
Order came: different boot, different from photos shown in eshop.
Contacted them to inform about this problem but still no answer from them after 4 days.
I will be waiting to come back again to my review.

Just great!

I ordered the wrong size boots from UGG Direct and only realised I done this after the words 'Thank you for your Order' came up! To cut a long story short; after a few emails, UGG Direct went out of their way to help me! I returned the wrong size boots to them and I received a refund in the form of a Gift Voucher and... today I ordered the RIGHT size boots! I look forward to receiving them! Very Happy

I order some Arch Support Orthotic Sandals and there was a slight problem with the Velcro but when i got in contact with UGG they were only too happy to help and rectified the problem immediately. The sandals are great and very comfortable & supportive. Would recommend them without a doubt! Show details

Weird fit too expensive to return

Don’t do it! If you don’t like anything about the product you have to pay shipping to Australia to send it back!! In addition they stick you with restocking fees . The slippers fit really weird not like uggs usually fit! I’m trying to consign mine. It was just too expensive to try to send them back.

Disgraceful conduct

I received a pair for Christmas and unfortunately the size was wrong. They are refusing allow a change of size by quoting the exchange and return policy duration without any consideration of the Christmas period. All reputable company’s honour this period with extended periods however they refuse offer any customer support.
The item is a standard stock and the request is simple.
Simply this company is better to just avoid.
