the sheepskin was fine, but they were so tight across my toes it was painful. I could not wear them. I found out that although they are genuine Australian sheepskin they are manufactured in China My previous pair were 100% made in Australia, excellent quality and lasted nearly 10 years. I contacted customer service to advise them and they said they were out of guarantee. Their guarantee doesn't even permit you to make returns unless they have all the labels on. How could you wear them with labels on??? I did not want to return them. I just wanted to bring the lack of craftsman ship to their attention. I would never recommend or buy from this place, again

I purchased a pair of Ugg buckle slippers 4 weeks ago and absolutely loved them, even wrote a review which I rarely do. Then 2 weeks later one of the buckle buttons fell off which cannot be fixed - this makes them unwearable. I sent an email with the issue, no response, then 2 more.. still no response! phone number.. doesn’t exist. Their customer service/support is awful, non existent. The warranty will probably expire before they respond. I would highly suggest not purchasing from this company if you want/need customer support of any kind. Very sad that a supposed ‘Australian company’ would not have good customer service.

Frustratingly infuriating – Got the wrong colour, I bought two pairs of the same boot, one black, one chocolate, I got two black pairs, won’t answer the many emails and the won’t answer their ph. Take your money and give absolutely no way for a decent interaction to fix the problem. Don’t buy off these crooks. Terrible experience
TERRIBLE – UGG sent me wrong colour, so after sending through proof 3 times of what I ordered I have UGG tell me I ordered the wrong colour lol it clearly shows on my order and the photo clearly shows the colour I ordered. I have many UGG shoes. Sadly the last pair I have ordered is at least one size too small. I was advised to go by measurements not shoe size, which makes me question why the provide a shoe size if it is incorrect. Now I am out of pocket for the return postage. Get your sizing right! Show details

All ok until you need to return something. Bought slippers, one of which is unwearable because of a hard ridge of stitching alone the inside of one of them. They hurt my feet. Because the tags are off and packaging thrown away, they won't exchange the faulty one, even though its never been worn for more than a few painful minutes. Wasted $85. Show details

again because it was put across two separate orders. There was no way of cancelling or modifying the order, hence the need for two separate orders.
I emailed the company straight away to kindly request a combined shipping on the orders and a refund for the shipping cost, as they offer free shipping on orders over $100. Given that both orders were placed at the same time (within 5 minutes of eachother), and given their system automatically shipped out both pairs together, you would think this wouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong!
What a pathetic response from them, I've worked in eCommerce for over 6 years, so I'm fully well versed in how things work; from merchant fee's to delivery fees. Their excuse for not honoring a small refund on the combined shipping?

What an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer that has just supported your business. Mind you, this was their third reply to me, as I tried to press this issue on them further with common sense, which apparently, is no longer a thing anymore.
Riddle me how "this does not affect the original shipping charges, as they are based on the overall volume of the package". Imagine trying to justify withholding shipping charges on this basis. That's absolutely ridiculously pathetic - whether I place the order in ONE order, or TWO, the VOLUME of the shipment and WEIGHT of the shipment remains the SAME regardless of if ordered in one or two orders.
Given the fact you've gone ahead and shipped the orders in one shipment anyway, automatically means it meets the total cubic weight and volume; this is an absolutely ridiculous response to a situation that could have been handled much more professionally. This is NOT how you operate a business, not only have you lost a customer, you've lost a CLIENT. I will never, ever, EVER, support your brand ever again - why? Because of how you treat your customers.
I should have seen your terrible reviews in the first place. I don't often shop with brands that have such low ratings, it was an oversight on my end, I should've checked your reviews before I made the purchase.
To anyone reading, avoid purchasing through them directly. Make sure you pay using PayPal so if they try to pull any tricks on you like this, just dispute the transaction with your Bank/PayPal.
Shame on you.

My partner purchased 2 pairs of slippers as a Christmas present from UGG Direct. They took 3 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately he bought the wrong sizes. I returned them on January, it took 5 weeks to receive a credit note. In addition to the £125 spent on postage, I was stung for a further £67 on import duties. The slippers are as expected, nice. Terrible customer service – I purchased a pair of shoes from Ugg Direct which upon arrival were too small i tried to contact the company to organise shipping back ( this took a while to get a response, returned the item and never got a refund. This is the worst online company i have ever had to deal with
Don’t do it – The Uggs I received from Ugg Direct were too small, the stitching was coming out in areas, the soles were uncomfortable. They are refunding them but not the shipping charge. I feel like I just paid $30 to learn that they are not real Uggs.
Took my money, never sent product – This company is unreliable and unfaithful! They never sent my item, claiming an issue with the courier, but never followed up. John from customer service said they were following it up, but then never got back to me. After this, they started ignoring my emails. Took my money and never sent the item. Do not shop here!

Terrible exchange system with no stores – Do not buy of Ugg direct. They have no stores so if you have the wrong size, you cannot exchange it at all the ugg express stores around Melbourne, Victoria. That would be fine if they allowed you to exchange without charge, but they charge you to send them back and send another pair. 8 would fit. It was so much smaller and didn't fit my foot. I will now lose all the shipping and 'handling' fee. Not doing it again. I will take my lose and for for a lesser refund and never buy off them again.
