Scammers!!! Charged me a fee to come out and remove dead bird in the roof but then advised that the roof is too small and asked for a call out fee of $120 after being here for 10 minutes. The worker also came in casual clothing and very unprofessional.

This company is totally dodgy. 4 different company names and the product does not work at all. Do not engage them.

I was ripped off $700 – ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS I don’t know how businesses like these are allowed to operate in Australia. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I spent $700 with this company with zero results. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

these people are! So be aware, I’ve just realised this company uses different websites to advertise, different numbers and different company names. This company is rude and dishonest to customers. This company "ultra pest control" takes money but does not do the job and the receipt is not from the company, it’s from "clean and fix it specialists” it’s not even a pest control company!! BEWARE!

Mate we catch and release down the road from you – just got off the phone with these guys calling me at 12am at night, over price for possum removal. Told them I'm getting prices what's their best price. tell me 420 wouldn't repair the roof, will release the possum down the road [Content Removed].

a smell in your granddaughter’s room, uses our ladder, then after only an hour informs me he is finished and starts writing an invoice under the name of Clean and Fix It for $3,700, I obviously refused but he wouldn’t leave until I paid him $1200, I’m a stupid woman and now know I should have called the Police. This company should be investigated by Fair Trading and I wish them luck, but I think it would be better if they all were deported. I’m thinking of going to a current affair to expose them so others are not as silly as me. They wouldn’t know what doing a hard days work looked like. Absolutely disgraceful!!

6/3/2025 me again… thought I should provide an update. I contacted Fair Trading and it appears they are aware of this dodgy company receiving many complaints. I want to know how this company with 100% negative reviews and complaints to Fair Trading is still allowed to advertise via the internet. Absolutely disgraceful and very disappointing. I don’t recommend – If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service on the phone was terrible but I still felt under pressure to book, so I did. I then cancelled later on and he rang me telling me I shouldn’t have booked if I can’t afford it and started swearing at me.

STAY AWAY!!! Scammers!!! – I can see that I am late to the party here. Same as everyone else, I have been lied to, mistreated and ripped off by this “company”, doggiest people ever. Going to ACCC straight away.

Worst experience in Sydney, stay away folks – Stay away! I wonder how come they have business. They are very unprofessional, they aren't upfront with their prices, and try to charge people double the average price in Sydney. Absolute awful experience.

SCAM pest spray – Wish we would have read this reviews before booking. Was guaranteed one spray would fix our bed bug issue and 5 days later still have this issue. Been calling everyday only to be told they will call us back. Utterly ridiculous.

Massive rip off – Don’t use - I wasn’t given a quote prior to the removal of a wasp nest. As I was in a meeting while working from home, the guys removed the nests without telling me the cost, they were there for 5 minutes and charged me $880 to remove two wasps nest. This company is a scam – This company is a scam . Absolutely terrible experience. Charged a fortune for doing nothing they guy and girl who turned up had absolutely no idea what to do . I Was told there was a 90 day warranty When made a complaint was very rude and said there is no such thing . Complete Sacam – This is a pretend service. They claim to offer warranty...did a bad job...didnt return calls.....and charged me 2400 for 2 cages for the initial visit. The business is a scam...DO NOT USE

recording of that) then said they have no record and that they issued a physical invoice which they did not do and claimed they dont offer warranty and I am making it up. They run their business on a Gmail account and have no policies/registration anywhere. There is evidence they lie and scam people over and over and claim there is a warranty but don't answer to customers. I have asked for an invoice over 5 times and got told I will be given one only to hear a lie after another. Stay away – Stay away. Quoted a $220 night-time call out fee for removal of a family of possums. Arrived in 25 mins, but the man was not a professional. On arrival, did a cursory inspection and quoted $2600 for installation of 4x cages and spray deterrent. He only had 1x cage, and damaged my floor opening the cage. the call-out fee and nothing else, and asked him to leave. Man proceeded to start swearing at me and demanding half the full payment - and also called home office to argue with me saying the job was 'half-done' and so required that I pay half the entire cost. He was there for less than 30-mins. Only left after arguing for 15 mins. Also confirmed he had removed live and dead animals the same day with same dirty gloves, but insisted they were clean and okay to touch living room pillows, door nobs, etc. Not okay. Only left after I suggested I was happy to get the police involved.

Also phone quote said card, cash and bank transfer were accepted. On arrival man kept insisting on cash or bank transfer only. He did not have an eftpos machine. Had to give my card details over the phone. Credit transaction went through to "markscurtaincleaning.com.au" based in Melbourne.

Also the ABN 27 116 958 265 on the receipt is for "Pioneer Maintenance Services". Another completely different business.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy. Stay away.

price quoted on the phone "because of the severity of the problem" and said they would have to come back 3 times. The price I was quoted on the phone was $450 (‘subject to checking the problem’), they checked the problem and said the cost should be $1920, which sounded pretty steep, but I was at the airport, about to go overseas and was desperate to sort out the problem so it did not get worse while I was away, and had lost the window to book another possum removal company, so I agreed on the phone, subject to them guaranteeing fixing the problem. I found out later from my neighbour who went to check on their work a few days later at my request, that it seemed that they put out traps without any bait (one possum trap and one rat trap) and although they told me they had "sanitized" the ceiling area, all they did was apparently shake out a small amount of white powder (or maybe that was the ‘repellent’ – who knows??) They left all the poo, so I don't know how they can call it ‘sanitized’. They apparently could not tell the difference between rat poo and possum poo – they said it was a possum problem and it turned out to be a rat problem. And for this they insisted on 60% payment up front, so I paid them $1152 (more fool me). Basically it looks like they did nothing except put out a couple of traps, apparently without any bait. Although the price they insisted on was based on them coming 3 times, they refused to come back, so I did not pay them the balance of the original quote and severely regretted paying them the $1152 of my hard earned money. I am most disappointed in myself for getting sucked into this scam, normally I would know better, but it was unusual circumstances with me going away and wanting the job done in my absence.

Awful awful – These people are awful. I called the police on the guy who came to my house because he wouldn’t leave until I paid him $120. Their website says free inspection but unless you pay $2200 on the spot they will make you pay a $120 call out fee.

Very Bad – Do not use them. They will say anything to get the work and saying they provide warranty. You think you pay extra to get it covered but when you call to get them to come back because the treatment is not working, they give you a gmail email account to send your complaint to and run away from the problem. This people they run business from overseas and get contractors here to do work for them.

Ultra Pest Control – These guys are crooks, they come to your house with an agreed budget, they con you into paying more because you need the extra service. When I said no, they kept hassling me to agree, their after service is appalling, they left a 30 possum trap which has not caught anything and will not return to replace the faulty trap. These guys are dodgy do not use them

for $160. So this company is very dodgy 2. They contradict their website rules and did not prove a free quote 3. No where on their website states a call Out fee.
