I would give zero stars if that were possible. Do not buy from them, they have zero customer service. They will not refund or respond to my request for a refund, they keep avoiding the issue and stringing me along. I never even received the item I paid for and it's been over a month. Horrible Customer Service Do Not Buy From This Site – I spent almost $300 on an order of multiple clothing items in October 2018 and Still have not received my items! It is now March 2019... I have been in contact with their customer support and have requested a refund but they have not been cooperative.

Do not purchase from this company – The shoes I ordered were poorly made and ill fitting - the straps were loose and could not be tightened. It cost me $35 to return the product and its been 3 months and not a word on my refund - I suspect the company is over run with returns! The clothes on offer proved to be markedly different and basically unwearable to their online descriptions. When the clothes were returned, luckily at a much lower cost, we asked for a refund. They agreed to credit us but I think we chased Underwonder for months for the credit. It became farcical.

Then a new tracking number was given when I emailed to state that I had gotten my financial institution involved. Keep in mind, all my requests for a refund were ignored!

They are not local, as when the parcel did finally arrive it came from CHINA. The quality was appalling. The skirt was cotton, NOT linen as advertised. There was no itemised invoice, nor any return policy information. There were no tags on the skirt with regards to washing, etc and the sewing had stitching that was coming apart. The good reviews on their FB page are not legit and when I made a comment about the quality of my skirt, it was immediately removed. Stay away from these Scammers.....

rerun item to China, it wasn’t worth spending even more money on Underwonder. Sub standard products and even worse returns policy.

No refund – I bought a pair of shoes that were like the description but not made well or with good materials. They did not fit well at all so I sent them back at $38 or something ridiculous like that so I was actually only going to get half my money back on return but to date still have not received the refund and that was November 2018 and we are now January 2019. So cross that I didn't do my due diligence and read these reviews first.

I then swapped purchased a t-shirt (said was cotton but was polyester) and a Linen Oxford shirt that turned out to be made from light thin material - polyester, and very badly made, tight with loose threads.

Scam! Do not use this site!!! – Can't give 0 stars. Courier falcon express is misleading says my parcel arrived in Australia 4 wks ago but Australia post says tracking number invalid. Poor product and terrible service – Purchased a dress that was not what it seemed on the site. Returned it (they specify expensive shipping, with tracking numbers etc) and STILL waiting for a refund after weeks. DO NOT purchase from this site. Looks good but not worth the effort. Utter rubbish – I have finally received the 'leather' sandals after a 5 week wait but to say I am disappointed in them is an understatement. They look nothing like the ones they advertised . In my opinion, they are cheap and nasty mockups of what is advertised. I would never buy anything that looked like this in a shop. Also the material they're made of smells revolting. and terrible quality. The elasticated strap is way too loose and so they don't fit property and I can't wear them. All materials very cheap. Probably cost $2 in materials to make and who knows what they pay for labour. I paid $79NZ!! When I said I wanted a refund, they said I need to pay for shipping and have them tracked. This would cost about $50-60 so not worth it, especially as no guarantees I would even get a refund. Lesson learned.

MISLEADING INFORMATION – i bought a pair of shoes more than a month ago and they still haven't arrived, i sent an email asking for an ETA and they told me the parcel is in transit, when i purchased the product i was told 10-12 days for delivery and after 30 days still waiting for goods to arrived, not good enough this would be my only deal with this company, they have lost another customer. APPALLING SERVICE – Shocking quality of product. Sent numerous emails to ask where my order was. Took over a month to arrive. They kept sending me generic emails and gave me a tracking number of a Courier company that no longer OPERATES, (closed down). Shoes take forever to deliver have to wait over 20 business days to arrive – I bought a pair of shoes about 2 weeks and they still have not arrived. Apparently I have to wait 20 business days. That is not good enough especially if you want to wear the shoes ASAP. I will never buy again due to the poor delivery time frame as takes forever. I should have reviewed the delivery terms. I do not know about my product yet so I can bit review it at all since its been over 2 weeks since I night my shoes.

Absolutely terrible, so misleading – I wish I read these reviews before buying a top which cost $29. It looks like an American website but the package came from China with no return slip or any paperwork. The top doesn't even have a tag or label. It is the worst quality and so cheap. I looked at the returns policy and it would cost me more to return it to China. Please stay away from this totally misleading company.

Worst online company cheap and nasty – I spent 70 dollars on some wedges. They sent the wrong colour and they were absolutely disgusting. I tried seeing if they would swap them for clothes or refund and replies have been rude simply saying the manufacturers sent the right pair. No matter how many photos I sent saying no they didn't they would write back the same thing. Avoid everything no matter how tempting it looks. I think the reviews online are fake.

Stay away from this company – I have been waiting for a refund from this company for over a month now , I cancelled my order in the cancelation time period of 24 hours. They still went ahead and deducted the money from my account . This company need to be referred to the ACCC. I don’t expect to see a refund.

Do not buy from this site. Same as previous comments – Item that was delivered is completely different to item in picture. Probably worth $5-10 for which I spent $39. I sent in photos and they sent me a computer-generated email that explains I have to send back at own cost.
