Some reviews on here are mixing up this highly rated Australian based company with a UK/Ireland company of the same name which has been involved in a racist incident.

Great service! – Great customer service and a great end result after cleaning.

Great Job – Extremely happy with the way the couch and floor rug were cleaned by Anmol. Stains were removed and it looks like new again. Easy to organise with Anna on the 'phone and Anmol called ahead of his arrival. Would highly recommend.

Great cleaning 2 x rooms and a double mattress – First service I got the first room done, they managed to get a lot of the animal smell out. Second room and double mattress came up wonderful. Mattress was gross and now looks new.

Prefect for end of ownership carpet steam clean – Gulab turned up early for the job, was polite and super courteous. Completed the job quickly with a minimal of fuss and even advised of some carpet issues that i had not noticed. Nothing like the smell of freshly cleaned carpets.

Rubbish - wasted $530 on this company and had to hire another one – I hired Unique Steam Cleaning in Melbourne to do a bond clean and carpet clean on 1 small carpet. I told them in advance there was a coffee stain on the carpet. The came and cleaned the apartment. On inspection afterwords, they had cleaned the carpet in the opposite direction to the natural pile direction so I didn’t notice the stain still… Read more

there because it masked the stain. I paid the $530 for the bond and carpet clean (which they demanded before the job was done). I handed the keys back then got photos from the estate agent showing the stain was still there. They came out to clean the carpet again. Again they didn’t clean the coffee stain away. I asked for a partial refund for the carpet cleaning which they refused to give. I ended up having to hire another cleaner to remove the coffee stain and other things they missed in the apartment. Do not hire this company!!! unless you want to foot the cost of an additional cleaner like I did. They also said the bathroom floor tiles grout didn’t need cleaned but when i inspected them, they did, they obviously needed it. I pretty much wasted $530. Don’t make the same mistake as me when you decide to hire a cleaning or carpet cleaning company,

I believe one of the cleaner managers ([name removed]) with email address [contact details removed] has a number of cleaning websites under her name, Use any of her companies at risk of wasting you money and time.

Highly reccomend – I highly reccomend company, extremly happy. More importantly Gulab (who did my carpets) was the BEST and will ask for him next time. He was extremly polite, experienced and took pride in his work.
