This is my second time purchasing from United Interiors and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is amazing, and the quality of the prints even better. Highly recommend.

Purchased 3 large pieces and all excellent quality – I bought 3 pieces of artwork from from United Interiors and was hesitant after reading the reviews on this site. I had excellent customer service all the way through the process and the quality and colours were much better than what I was expecting. I will definitely buy again and would recommend them.
Beautiful work – I got two hand paintings off United interiors (both on showroom clearance sale) and they are beautiful on my wall. On full price the pieces do seem overpriced but if you get your hands on them during sale, definitely worth it. I love both of them.
Excellent experience – I first contacted United Interiors to discuss getting a custom size canvas painting. Not only did they gladly assist but they offered a different layout to also try. I was extremely happy with their customer service, I was told approximately 4 weeks for it to be made and then delivery on top. I recieved shipping notification 5 weeks and delivery 3 days later. Extremely happy with the product.

We got off to a tricky start, due to my lack of communication and a misunderstanding. Once this was recognised, the staff at United Interiors went out of their way to provide the desired work quickly. Once arrived, it was found to be of absolute quality. excellent! They were very prompt and friendly in replying to my emails and most importantly they were genuinely interested in helping me find the right piece. I asked for some suggestions and without hesitation they provided me with suggestions. They once again answered my further questions I had without delay and even offered an honest and factual opinion. This is very rare as every other online art shop I have contacted never once offered suggestions or an opinion. I can 100% recommend UNITED INTERIORS. Extremely professional, honest and pleasant to deal with. Art is of very high quality. From the date my order was prepared and shipped delivery was only 2 business days.

This store used to be good. Something happened and they stopped shipping and closed down. I never received a piece of bought and no one ever responded. Then the two girls who used to work there started up as new owners apparently, but still spamming the UI old email list, but as Love Art. when asked how I can reach the old owners administrators. I’ve made two attempts. Surely using UI email marketing list is illegal while denying any ownership or knowledge of them. Now they’ve branded again as UI. I tried yet again and they deny and refuse to help.
Zero after sales support – I received my artwork and when it arrived the frame was partially broken. Rip off – I ordered a wall art canvas on 29 January, paid $199.50 I received an order confirmation via email almost immediately. Item was to be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks. It is now 7 May and I have received nothing. I have sent numerous follow up emails and have had no reply. This company is a rip off.

Once we selected the artwork, Holly organised the printing and framing and guided me through the whole process. She made sure the layout, sizing, and frames all worked beautifully together and kept me updated every step of the way.
The frames have now arrived and they look absolutely stunning — and I now have one very happy daughter!

Fake online store – Ordered in February. Nil contact from company since then. Lodged a money back case with PayPal which was approved.
terrible – placed order early January. Received order confirmation and then nothing, no item supplied and not able to make contact with them, their website is down and the phone goes to a message. Pretty sure they have closed up shop and taken everyone's money!!!
No artwork received - No responses – I have not received my art work. I have emailed 3 times and contacted via phone, only option was to leave a message stating a return call would be given within 48 hours. No updates received. It has been 2 and a half moths and I have received no communications received. Access their site by google and it keeps stating site u der maintenance!
Unhappy customer – I ordered 2 paintings on 8/1/24 at a cost of $299.50 and $449.50. Paid in full. Only the cheaper one has been delivered. Very nice. I’ve emailed the firm for a progress report on the second one. Been totally ignored. No response. No offer of a refund if not available. Do not recommend business with this firm!! Highly unprofessional.
As a follow up. I eventually received a refund by putting the order into dispute through Paypal.
No painting and no response – Ordered artwork on 5 Jan. Have emailed and called and messaged on insta and Facebook. No response. No artwork. Others saying similar things. Their website has now been taken down. Sadly looks like we've all lost our money. Do not use this company.
Frustrated – I ordered a canvas print on 15 January. I have tried calling, left numerous messages, sent emails through the Contact us page, and in reply to my order confirmation and have had absolutely no response. I just want an update as to when I can expect my order. It states that you are going to respond in 24-28 hours but as yet I am still awaiting a response. Please contact me.

My paintings are beautiful! – After looking for months to find affordable paintings, United Interiors delivered! I admit I was a bit hesitant to order paintings online but I am so glad I did!!! I ordered the natural melodies artwork and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

As I was desperate I have been trying to locate it myself with United’s courier service . All hopeless . Somehow it appears to be “ lost in transit” . They did offer a refund but the rest of my lounge room is in limbo as I wait for the promised rug - blaming the couriers is not valid . Wonderful service – My daughter recommended United Interiors. I ordered 3 large prints, one arrived with the frame damaged, I emailed United and sent photos of damage, United immediately ordered me a replacement and it has arrived promptly. Beautiful prints and wonderful service. Thank you :-)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Frame not included in original Order. Two weeks and still waiting for replacement.BAD SERVICE!!! No service reply at all from company.
No problems here – We have purchased two prints in the last six weeks one which had to be hand painted the other stock. Both arrived within the prescribed timeline and in perfect condition due to the very well packaged and secure form of preparation for the trip down to Victoria. Could not find any faults in the process and would highly recommend based on out experience.

Instead, they wanted me to complete the above before they would release. This is terrible service, I've purchased many pieces of art from United Interiors in the past with no issues however with this recent one and what has been no doubt challenging due to their error, you really see the value, or lack of value, that is placed on service by their staff

inconvenience caused was offered. I then had to wait for it to be picked up and and then had an excessive wait for the correct frame to arrive - but only after emailing them and getting an unhelpful response . Blamed courier and Covid - but other purchases we have make online have been delayed by a day or two - not 5 weeks!
The prints are fine - a pity the customer service was not a bit more considerate.
