By the end of September, 2025 (12 months after purchase, 6 months after starting to wear it), one of links connecting the information plate to the bracelet had become detached twice, and I nearly lost the bracelet and plate both times. Also, by then, the engraving on the outside of the information plate had become quite scratched (hard to read) and the bottom line was virtually illegible. The engraving on the underside was still in its original condition. The information plate had been subjected to the normal wear and tear of a bracelet worn on the wrist, and this would surely be obvious to the supplier. One could have assumed that the supplier would have used a protective covering to stop scratching being an issue.

I contacted the company by email with photos of both sides of the information plate (not included for privacy reasons). I was told to return the bracelet (with me paying the postage with a requirement for a signature), for it to be repaired. The email from the company (1/10/25) stated that I could send the bracelet back to get the link fixed "as well as the engraving". I finally got the bracelet back at the end of November, 2025. The link had been fixed, but NOT the engraving. I was most unimpressed. So much for any warranty! I could have got the link fixed locally for less than the cost of the postage.

Got a replacement Suede Mingle Band strap for my daughters bracelet and it broke easily so have had to buy another one. Product looks good but not great wear and tear for everyday use. Show details

I mailed a form (that I picked up at the pharmacy). Nothing after 5-6 weeks, so called the 1800 number - but no response. Went to online chat, then being told that a) they hadn't received it, and b) they don't track mailed orders. That was it, no suggestions on how I might progress an order. The 1-star ratings seem correct, so I'll try a different supplier

TOTAL SCAM! – Order never arrived! I waited 3 months for this order to arrive and it never did. I tried getting into contact with support via email and all they told me was to wait 15 days and couldn't provide a refund. I HIGHLY recommend to avoid this company at all costs! An unpleasant experience – I ordered over a month ago. I never received my bracelet. I was asked to check with Australia Post a couple of times. They did not provide a tracking number. Very annoyed – I contacted these people and they quite openly admitted that the very necessary red badge on their medic alert bracelets actually washes off in water..?? This is the part of any medical alert bracelet that attracts a person's eye to render assistance. If it's not there the bracelet looks like nothing more than a name bracelet like millions of people wear..!! tight too, it's semi hard to open so it's not going to come off on it's own. However should the clasp loosen at which they can do at times, it doesn't take much to tighten.

Great item, terrible engrave. They dont pick up returns – I purchased a bracelet, engraving was terrible. Letters were all squashed together not legible. I was given po box for returns. Package was never picked up and now returning back to me. Never buy.

advised it was lost in customs, when I called this lie out they changed to I had been advised it was being remade...Again a lie they tried to promise me it was being remade as we spoke and that it would be sent to me tomorrow...I asked if the previous one was stuck in customs how could this be possible? Anyway asked for them to provide a tracking number once sent which they replied that this was not possible so I asked why not when I paid an additional fee for express post with tracking they said because it was already sent.....But then went on to ask if I wanted to continue with the order as it hadn't been engraved yet, WTH? This is when I asked for a full refund and thanked my lucky stars I paid with Paypal so have some hope of getting my money back.....Awful encounter that leaves me wondering if the website is even legit!

Very disappointed customer – I purchased a gold plated ID bracelet in November 21, after wearing it for less than a week there were sections that had lost the gold plating. The information disc was tarnished, after spending $300 on it I was very disappointed. I wasted my money.

I paid money as a suggested add-on for an emergency card which is so poor in quality that I wouldn’t bother using. It is paper!! I would NEVER recommend you purchase from this company. They are not an Australian company as the flag may suggest. The emails suggested extremely poor use of language and spelling.

Don't buy from this company – Ordered a medical ID bracelet with engraving plate that cost me 150 AUD. The clips which attach the ID plate broke within 3 weeks. Post has confirmed the items were delivered 28 September. Their complaints resolution service is appalling, they said as a one off courtesy they would replace my bracelet and engraving plate. I did receive a bracelet in the mail this week but they did not return the engraving plate, so now I am trying to resolve this. They ask the same questions over and over, ask for photos that you have already sent, their returns process doesn't seem to work and I will.never use them again.

Does not worth it – Firstly the product is not Australian it came from overseas and you don't know this until you made order and payment. After less than a week of use the lock start to be very loose and I had to repair myself. After another week of use one of the link broken. Update: Finally got through to them. Was told that the Sydney P.O. Box I sent it to is used as a forwarding address. The items then get sent to the US as they an o/seas company. No mention of this on their website that they are not an Australian company. Was told I will have to wait until item gets back to the US for a refund. They make their website look like they are based in AU.

Disappointed with service – I ordered a Lynx Shine Rose Gold bracelets and an expandable wallet card. There was a separate price for the wallet and when my order came there was no wallet for which I was charged. dispatched it by post on the 9th November to my post office box. I have emailed again twice requesting a follow up. After my last email I have not received a reply. Looks like money down the drain. I would never order again from this company - if something goes wrong it all gets to hard for them.

Fast, Efficient, and looks Great – Having lost my Medic Alert Bracelet, I investigated online for another. Variety in design, choice of options, price and speed of delivery were my criteria. Universal Medical I.D. fitted the requirements, and definitely did not disappoint. From order to receipt was one full week.
