Complete garbage. No interest in actually doing their job. No interest in actually delvering your parcel. (Ordered item through Amazon - they should NOT be using this absolutely useless excuse for a courier - and I'm going to lodge a complaint with Amazon as well to this effect. 2 'failed deliveries' so far. They ignore messages to their WhatsApp… Read more
no. Unable to reach anyone via live chat on the website - they have the usual useless chatbot that just fobs you off and won't connect you to a human. Have phoned their so-called 'customer service' twiice - they tell me they are unable to give delivery instructions to the driver - such as 'call my intercom/or phone call/text me' when you arrive. It seems the driver just arrives and they can't find somewhere to leave the parcel, so they just leave again. They tell me they have no option to deliver to some local delivery point (eg, a convenience store), as do other couriers. Their option is if delivery fails again, they just won't deliver at all, and I'll have to take over a half hour drive to pick up the parcel from their depot - who of course, are only open during business hours, Mon to Fri, making it hard for anyone with a job to get there. This is just utterly unacceptable behaviour by this borderline crimiinal organisation. They need to go out of business, forthwith.
Parcel was send from the UK on 25/6/2026, arrived in Australia on 1/7/2026. All good so far. It is now 4/8/2026 and parcel has not been delivered. DON'T TOUCH THESE AMATEURS. Show details
Critical priority means absolutely nothing to this company. And they couldn't care less about the consequences it causes. The staff are brain dead and will only make assumptions that will make things worse. Nothing but a nightmare, they would rather argue than take responsibility and so their job! Show details

I had bought some ceramic decorations online, and the seller used UPS to send me the products. Today UPS informed me by email that my parcel has been delivered. In reality, it hasn't. Then they asked me to fill a form to report the loss. I did. Then I got this notification: "Unfortunately, we need a bit more information" The form I filled in was… Read more
actually complete - why make me waste time if you need more info than what's in the online form??? LATER EDIT: Upon calling UPS customer service (and that's a plus - it was fairly easy to talk to an operator) I learned that they had given the parcel to a local operator, who left it with a post office nearby, without letting me know. They should choose their local contractors better, and improve the online communication, including reports of missing parcels.
Would give a zero if I could. more than 2 months and parcel still not delivered. UPS Bangkok tried to charge 45% customs on a parcel, I questioned it, sent proof of payment, (bank statement), invoice, link to the item purchased and they still won't release it. Value of parcel about 5040 baht, fee charged about 2000 baht) To punish me for not… Read more
paying the extortion fee, they sent to fisheries (never needed to go there before), and now they are holding indefinitely. Have sent proof that the pearls are from freshwater, not the ocean. Have posted the same pearls many times before without issue. Have tried various UPS contacts, email, phone, fb messanger. Absouletly zero assistance. I asked how much longer, they replied 2-3 months. Will never use UPS again.

Package took 3-4 days from Germany to Australia. Then took another 5 days from Botany warehouse to Darlinghurst. Delivered without any prior notification. Package was visibly damaged. After opening the package , it showed the freezer inside it looked like it had been dropped from a decent height and clearly tumbled a few times. It is a total… Read more
write off. UPS acknowledged it was mishandled yet claim it was not their fault or liability. To add to the joy, I checked my credit card statement that listed two charges. One 10 euro more than the booking confirmation stated, the other a separate 99 euro charge. I enquired about this mistake and was told that was a large parcel surcharge. A surcharge that was already paid at the time of booking. Well done UPS.
I have just recently received a very rare, very expensive guitar from America that was unfortunately shipped via UPS and I am incredibly, angry, upset, dissatisfied and appalled with the service. When I received the notification that my instrument had entered Australia I figured it would only take a matter of days for it to get from the warehouse… Read more
to me. That however turned in to 2 weeks of it sitting in their warehouse with no movement.
Taking it into my own hands I called them and only ever got met with the wrong number or scammers, their actual phone number is hidden deep on their website and on google search results. After being told that I had to pay an importing fee I was rather upset as they had my information, email, phone etc, they just never reached out to let me know that my package was stuck due to fee reasons.
Fast forward ANOTHER week of waiting for them to do their job I received the instrument today, taking it out of its hard case I immediately noticed a rather large chip, dent and scuff on the underside of the instrument, rather obviously dropped...
So my very rare, very expensive guitar whilst being carted around their warehouse for TWO weeks had some, to be nice, champion of an employee take it out of its protective hard case on either one or multiple occasions. Play it and proceed to DROP said instrument onto their assumed hard concrete floor.
p*ssed off would be an understatement

I received an e-mail stating my package was delivered, but it wasn't. It indicated it was received by a name that is some spelling aberration of my name, probably because the driver can barely read English (see below). I visited their Australian… Read more
Website for contact information. It lists an Australian phone number that doesn't work, so I phoned Technical Support and was connected to a young Oceana or Asian lady who I could barely understand. She said that within 90 minutes someone from their Investigations Team would send me an e-mail of instructions to submit a claim. It never happened. I phoned again and got someone else who I could understand a little better. He sent me the e-mail with the link to submit a claim. I filled in all of the required information, and when I clicked Submit, I received an error message that my shipping number is invalid, even though I copied it from the UPS delivery e-mail (and I used it on the phone with no problem), and I should phone them to resolve this. Naturally, the claim form does not inform you that the shipping number, which is entered at the beginning, is invalid until you finish the entire form. Oh, and the form does not recognize my suburb as valid. By this time UPS is closed for the weekend. They cover all bases to avoid customer service.
Follow-up · The items were two supplements from nuphoria.com. Origin: Unknown. They are very cagey about their location. Value: Approx. US $100. I live in a 50+ gated community. After the weekend, I went to the community office to see if perchance the UPS driver left it there, and he/she did instead of calling from the gate to gain access.
We had an excellent service shipping an awkward shape and size package from the U.K. to Australia, it was as much a surprise to us having read so many reviews from people who were unhappy. We were surprised at the very reasonable price and the speed… Read more
at which the parcel arrived safely at its destination. We tracked the parcel every step of the way, from Dorset to Southampton, Germany, China (where it needed an X-ray so missed the plane it should have been on), to Botany (Australia). The driver of the delivery vehicle phoned in good time and the recipient had advance notice of the parcel being delivered as it couldn't be left without a signature. Honestly, couldn't have been better so just needed to say that we found this service really excellent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again ourselves.
Follow-up · I assume the X-ray or other imaging check was to check there were no other items hidden (smuggled) within the parcels. It was packaged securely within cardboard.
No starts. Absolute joke. Driver couldn't find my address . I paid more for quick delivery. Plane faster than driver. I had to give an alternate address and still did not receive next day even. And when I asked can it be delivered to a post office … Read more
across road they said no as don't have any deals with post office. They need new drivers . Amazon should try different delivery company..would never use again.still waiting.
Follow-up · Amazon gave me a refund in case I didn't receive package which was good. Received package a week later but at friends address

Very happy with the service. Package was originally set for delivery tomorrow, I did try to do a pick up at Botany but the item was already on the truck, I was able to give instructions for delivery to the customer service as my property is a bit confusing to get to the house, it came in this morning rather than the next day, so I was able to get the rest of the day free. I have to give 5 stars to UPS Australia. My package came in a timely manner, and was delivered to my door. status of my order. I gave her the code to gain access to the estate, she applied a label to be added to the package, rescheduled my delivery day, and assured me my delivery information has been updated. Delivery was made on the day she advised, without issue, the package did indeed have a label attached that stated the updated information and that I had made contact. I know at times delivery companies cop a bad rap, but UPS Australia provided me with great service, and deserve a good rating. Thank you to the young lady who helped me, and to the driver (s) for the safe efficient delivery.

I have had the worst experience. Used UPS to send my skis and snowboard back from Japan to Australia. It cost $600 AUD to ship it. A parcel arrived at my house in Australia and UPS had marked mine has delivered, but in fact it was not mine. I was unable to submit a claim due to being in an 'unsupported country'. opened an investigation, but that they could not find anything. It has been 3 months since I sent the bag and I fear I will never see it again.
Zero Stars. Ordered a shipment of clothing from Finland to Australia. Used UPS expedited shipping this time although usually use FEDEX. Why does UPS claim their international expedited shipping takes no more than 5 days when in reality, its already been 8 business days and tracking states it will be another 7 business days before it gets to me?? Why? Why does it take 15 business days, 21 standard days, to do what FEDEX can do in 4 days?
Please explain that to me.
They simply cannot deliver goods to a work address, in an Industrial area. There is even a massive number on the wall out the front. We have had deliveries up the street, across the road & god knows where. We've had to go from from telling one, two, to now all manufacturers we use in China. Avoid like the plague. Show details

Zero stars I shipped parcel to UAE on 20/04/2026 from Perth Australia unfortunately after 2 days when I tracked return back for stupidly reason they don’t have service to UAE & returned my package after 8days with damaged & no refund my fees which is $1050 Show details
Extremely disappointing experience with UPS delivery and ShipHit customer service. My parcel (Reference No: 1Z0G057V0437536803), sent from Pondicherry, India to Preston, UK, was never delivered, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or support from ShipHit. What makes this even more frustrating is that while tracking… Read more
the shipment, UPS suddenly rescheduled the delivery and changed the status to “collect from UPS facility” without any consent or request from our side. We never agreed to collect the parcel ourselves, and the shipment was clearly paid for as a delivery service to the recipient’s address. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer support from both UPS and ShipHit is unacceptable. Customers should not be left chasing updates for an undelivered parcel while being ignored by the service provider. I am formally requesting an immediate investigation into this shipment, a clear explanation of what happened, and a full refund/compensation for the failed delivery and inconvenience caused. Until this issue is properly resolved, I cannot recommend ShipHit or this shipping experience to others.
I would NEVER use them again. Had a parcel sent express post from the UK to Australia. Where did it end up? Freaking America. I rang ups and they said it was getting sent straight to Australia. What did they do? Sent it BACK TO THE UK!!!!! I am so angry. Absolutely useless. I cannot believe how badly they stuffed it up Show details
UPS managed to lose a shipment from Spain between Sydney and Canberra. It took them from Feb 13 to March 15 to open an investigation. I came 3 or 4 times in that month. They constantly said they would call me with info on what was happening. Finally on April 24th 2026 I called again and they’ve refused to let me know what happened to my parcel.… Read more
They will only speak to the shipper even though I opened the investigation. Every call I made resulted in someone lying to me, usually saying that would call me back and nobody ever did. This company is completely useless.

A parcel that should have taken less than a week took two. The tracking info was also very scant, and yesterday it was marked as delivered except nothing was - no delivery, no note, nothing. After contacting UPS I was told it was at the post office. Useless tracking. Show details
if there was half a star i would have chosen that, firstly i am over the recording by all transport companies that starts off with "be courteous to our staff as we will not tolerate rude behaviours towards our staff" or something similar, what about when those staff are rude to customers? i paid $700 to have a parcel shipped to me by ups from… Read more
china yes $700, 4 days delivery time, i will receive it on Thursday the 2nd of April, the 3rd to the 6th happens to be public holidays in Sydney Australia (Easter) the parcel doesn't arrive on the 2nd, it arrives on the 3rd, no one at UPS decides to contact me by phone or email, fast forward to today, i track the parcel, sitting at ups depot since Friday, so i call UPS the lady who asks for the tracking number quickly works out that the parcel is sitting there for four days and no one has contacted the customer, more importantly, i paid for it to be delivered to my door, so she diverts me to a colleague, protocol is that she has to connect with her team mate explain the situation and pass me on because she checked my id, tracking she simply transfers me so now i have to start from scratch , and after more time i get told that i might get it delivered this week,? huh? i paid extra to have it delivered last week? well sir due to the war..... spare me the nonsense, never again
Zero communication. No email, no SMS, no notification of any kind that duties and taxes were owed — the only way I found out was by manually checking the tracking myself. Called the Australian office and was told the accounts team wasn't available and that the *only* way to get an invoice emailed is to ring back and ask for it. An automated email… Read more
when clearance is required is the absolute bare minimum in 2026. Meanwhile the parcel sits there accruing storage fees while the customer plays detective. Genuinely one of the worst logistics experiences I've had.
UPS are really hopeless. I was waiting to receive a package bought on Ebay and sent from Japan for over a week now. I paid the extra import fees etc, which I have never had to do so before and after doing this they just keep putting off the delivery day. in the Philippines that it is in the warehouse in Sydney and will delivered next day. Well every day is the same message and still no delivery after doing this for 4 days. Don’t trust them with your package and go elsewhere, they definitely don’t care about their customers.
This courier service are incredibly bad they claimed to have made a delivery to my premises but as my house has camera surveillance on it I checked them and it shows the UPS employee arriving coming to the door with my parcels in his hands then returning to the car with my parcels still ion his hands then two hours later they send a email that… Read more
the parcels were delivered as i was then home i checked as there was no door bell rung no delivery so I check the camera surveillance which there was no return UPS driver to even deliver the parcels the only proof of delivery is their email no photos that's it there is no way to contact them or make a claim against them the value of the delivery was quite a sizeable amount and now they have it and it there isnt anyway for me to recover it and will need to replace it so I am very annoyed with this service and will never use it ever again
UPS has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional in handling my delivery. I have been trying to receive my Amazon package since February 10. would be available for collection on Friday, so I had to take time off work and drive 35 minutes round trip. When I arrived, the package was not even there. This situation has caused me to lose work time, fuel, and personal time due to incorrect information and poor communication. An apology is simply not enough when customers are left dealing with the consequences of UPS’s mismanagement. Very disappointing service.

0/5 stars. There is no option for 0 out of 5 star so I had to give it 1 star. Where do I begin? not buzz unit number as no-one will be at home. More "delivery attempts" (according to the tracking) were made and simple instructions were not followed to leave outside. It's not rocket science to LEAVE OUTSIDE!!! OMG seriously, UPS are the pits. Never ever will I chose to use them for a delivery service. I am the receiver and have no choice but please do yourself a favour and NEVER use them, they are so unreliable, frustrating to deal with, and have st^pid drivers who cannot follow simple instructions. There is a disconnect between the call centre in the Phillipines and the local drivers in Australia. And the ones that suffer are customers... Senders and receivers. UPS should be ashamed of themselves.
