Stay away. Won’t reply to warranty claims – STAY AWAY. Company just ignores your messages for warranty claims. Had furniture delivered damaged. I’ve chased 6 times by 3 different forms of contact over 2 weeks and no reply’s. (Only the generic auto reply). Lots of others in review say same. Zero customer service, wont reply to any form of contact – Wont reply to emails, wont respond on online inquires made via the website. There is a phone number but when you call it you are on hold for a long period then it just says "sorry we cannot take your call" You can leave a message however as per emails and online inquiries you get no reply. Sham of a business model. Do yourself a Favour and don't buy from this website. Been 2 weeks and all I have is a confirmation of order and nothing else.

issue. Camille handled my return and Sam followed up immediately after sending back the chair to confirm the refund. They offered fabulous customer service in a timely manner (this was also over Christmas, so I would imagine it was a busy time of year). They were both so polite and helpful through the process. Having a customer service team like this is what more companies need.

Love my rattan shelf – I couldn’t wait for my Rattan shelf unit to arrive, it’s in my bedroom and I’m almost 100% happy with it. My only issue is that the rattan on the top of the unit appears to be stretched and not taut which I thought it would be, so I’d say something has been placed on top either whilst in transit or storage. It doesn’t take away from the look of the unit but I can’t use the top as I wanted to. Show details

Ripping off people – I ordered candle stands 2 months ago which never arrived and now when I am asking for a refund they said someone will be in contact with me once refund is made. box to the front of my apartment building, then stumbling at the post by NOT buzzing my unit # or calling me to let me know the delivery was waiting downstairs for me. A day passed, a neighbour brought the box to my door, I hadn't bothered to look at it, as I was not expecting a delivery.

There was no customer service as their phone support always has nobody to pick up. Email exhancgaes are very slow. They provided pick up date with no specific time and nobody showed up at all on that day. They then showed up randomly on another day. And then emailed for another date for pick up again, although they have picked up already. There was zero coordination between their support and warehouse staff. A total mess! Don’t buy for the cheap product it’s such a pain to deal with them after sales. Will never buy from them again!
No concept of customer service, difficult to deal with – I received a damaged Product, Utopia home would not address my numetous phone messages and emails. They gave me the runaround - Keep asking in return emails for the same information I had already given in prior emails, over and over again. Terrible product quality, abysmal customer service – Product advertised superior quality, but it was very poorly made. also, incorrect items has been shipped. Sent for a return and refund immediately but it has been an incredibly difficult process and is still ongoing. Communication from customer service is very bad.
Rubbish! – We ordered some drawers. We checked the outside of the box on arrival- on the outside it was fine. Until we started opening the box and unwrapping the parts. The paint job is terrible. defective table – When I received the table in the box, the bag with the screws was opened and some screws were missing. When I got ready to assemble the table on one of the legs, the screw didn't go into the hole because it was made defectively, so I had to glue one of the legs with super glue. what a shame. The worse product I have ever bought – This product is absolutely appalling and the biggest waste of money. It is so cheap it’s looks like it is worth $100. The wood is so cheap it gives you splinters (my baby cut her finger on it) I had to pay someone to put it together and he was a builder and still took him 4 hours. It looks nice. We were missing one slat which is disappointing but it can be covered with a cushion. Could probably chase it up with the company but probably not worth my while. Don't buy this if you don't have building skills. It makes ikea look easy!!!

Love this store – I found the site very easy to navigate and found exactly what I wanted . You get what you pay for the side table was poorly made with splits in the drawer supports on two of them but I didn’t worry as it is still functional and is a lovely piece of furniture that suits my room.
