I posted items back and Van Hallen never collected the items from the PO Box in China. It was sent back to me in Melbourne. This is their scam. You try and return the items and they don't pick it up at the other end. They then deny your refund and say they haven't received the items. Show details

I've escalated to ACCC and Fair Trading. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of legitimate retailers who actually follow Australian consumer laws and don't leave customers hanging for months over a simple return.

returned to China, and once the items arrive, I need to pay a Tax. The post office in Australia could not charge me the Tax as it was calculated in China; consequently, I had to accept their offer of a 30% refund. It was going to cost me 38.00 Australian dollars to post the items back to China. They refunded me $59.96. I took the items to a local charity. This company is a joke. Do not be fooled by them

In fact they advertise Van Halen Melbourne so you think it is Melbourne Australia and it’s not the website is Amsterdam Netherlands .

Then if you want a return you have to pay the postage fee for returns and they also offer you if you don’t want to return the item they offer you to buy another item on their website and charge you another $10 USD

As long it is up to the same $ value as the first item purchased. Unbelievable and never again . Don’t waste your time or money

Absolute scam of a store, incredibly deceiving and purposely difficult to work with. The returns process is purposely a 10-step process that requires going back and forth with this company which is not even based in Melbourne. Buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs back to China. The products could not be worse in quality - shein or temu would be better. Show details

UPDATE - Charge back request made with bank and recieved a full refund after showing Van Hallen admitted fault, but would not give a full refund.
