pilling, though we were told it would decrease over time. We were told that a speck of dirt could be the catalyst for pilling. As we vacuum out lounge regularly this is clearly not the issue. I'm in my mid 50s and I've owned a a number of lounge suites, but I've never experienced this with any lounge fabrics before. Also, foam isn't of the same quality and lacks firmness. It doesn't spring back and is not very supportive, so we find the seat cushions uncomfortable. This sofa has now been sent to the spare room and we've purchased a new lounge elsewhere. Very disappointing to spend $2000 on a product like this.

The young lady that I spoke to when we placed our order was so professional and very pleasant to deal with, even when I rang back to change to colour of our Suite it was handled again with a courtesy that is not so common in today's fast paced world. Love my table! – I recently purchased an “Old Door” table online fast, from Vast Interiors,I love it! Very Poor Quality Leather Dining Chairs – Purchased 10 Leather chairs in conjunction with a large dining table, all the chairs have since cracked and appear to to be of poor quality at least 4 of the chairs have not have been sat on more than 3 - 4 times. assistance I have been informed they not real Leather and are bonded Leather seems I have been conned? Which I advised you sold them to me as Leather, showed absolutely no interest then proceeds to walk off without any care, great customer service.

display. It is like an albino version of what was on the floor. At no stage did the salesman [name removed] indicate the table would not be like what was on the floor stock. I immediately rang and emailed with photos of what has been delivered vs what was on the floor which I had based my decision upon. I advised I was not happy with the product that has been setup and delivered to my home. I was advised he would go to the Warehouse this morning to see if they have any darker shade stock. I have rung and emailed and still haven't heard. So far my experience hasn't created any trust .. each time [name removed] says he'll do something, he's failed to deliver. First was when I considered purchasing, I told him I had wooden floor boards and don't want scratches from the metal legs of the furniture .. he promised he would put felt coverings on all the table/stool legs before it got delivered. Nope. Didn't even look at the stock he sold me. Second, he told me he'd ring me today after checking what's in the warehouse .. it's now 2:30pm. I guess he's got another couple of hours til close of business but already, service has been sloppy. I have a table and stool chairs that looks like an extremely washed out version of what was displayed and I'm not a happy customer!

RIP OFF-LIARS!! – Terrible customer service. Owner was a sleaze bag and upon uncomfortable purchase my order was delayed month upon month. Took 6 months to receive all items. Was charged 2 delivery fees or $100 each time as lounge arrived before dining suite. Was locked in and unable to cancel order as I was told I would loose 40% of order as it was already shipped… Read more

on water!!! Weeks later I discovered same dining suite from same supplier in another store for a fraction of the cost! Biggest regret of my life!

Good, unique furniture! Don't decorate all your home just with Vast though! – We have a few items we bought at Vast and all of them are of great quality and look fantastic and none of them is over the top. faults and sometimes all they have is that particular item and they cannot order more so the customer doesn't have much choice. They may offer a discount for the new flawed item but sometimes that is insufficient. I would also like for Vast to bring some European styles, just to make it more fun because their Asian theme dominates and some of us only want a touch of Asian furniture. It would also be great if they had more solid wood choices. Overall, in spite of Vast's limitations we are very happy with all our purchases because we were able to co,bind them with our antique English/ Australian/continental European furniture and some Vast designs were perfect for the artwork we have at home. What we bought at Vast was a fabulous antique Chinese green cabinet which has a glossy finish (all our friends love it, it is truly a beauty, one of a kind!), a gorgeous brass lamp which has an industrial design but it is very unique as we haven't see that particular design anywhere else, a drinks cart (also made of brass, with mirrors as basis which looks stylish but not tacky at all, it was 400 dollars), and a couple of other small things. I have a friend who has all Vast furniture in his modern apartment and I helped him decorate it as he liked Vast's white Mango furniture collection which was available a few years ago, and he couldn't be happier! I personally wouldn't decorate all my home with their products because I like to mix-wisely- different styles and I prefer European designs but people are different! It is your home and your style should make you happy!

The Wooden Drawer Chest that I ordered arrived as a solid and very well constructed piece of furniture, made entirely of sustainably sourced wood. Vast excel on everything they do, from creating beautiful furniture through to excellent and attentive customer service, while holding an environmentally conscious stance.

Well done to them! I'll be back for more.

Best place to buy furniture at Hervey Bay store – Bought dining set, bar stool and tv cabinet from Vast Interiors in Hervey Bay store. I would say in Two words "LOVE IT" .. staff was excellent and always welcoming and always there to help you . Highly recommend them.

Quality product and enjoyable shopping experience at Vast Ballina – Cannot speak highly enough of the Vast store in Ballina. Have purchased dining furniture, armchairs, plenty of homewares and different bits and pieces over the years and have always been incredibly happy with the product! Store is a lovely inviting place, and staff always go above and beyond to help when needed.

Dont waste your time or money – Thanks to the rude Townsville staff we didn't decorate our house through Vast. Treating my family like scum was a huge mistake! Its no wonder why small businesses are closing when retail assistants think they are better than customers ready to spend thousands of dollars.

Fake news, no, fake leather – Just like many others I have bought chairs sold as leather by Vast Ballina which turned out to be split leather that eventually all peels off. furniture sold by Vast to a local hotel had all suffered the same fate. The Ballina store has since changed hands and while I am now looking for a new chaise, occasional chairs and a set of dining room chairs, the last place I will look is Vast! Strongly recommend you avoid them for leather.

I also received great service from Shane at Vast Head Office on the Gold Coast. Prior to dropping in to the Eastwood store I was initially trying to track down two Sixties cane chairs, and Shane rang me back several times to see if he could do anything more to help me.

I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Vast Interior again based on the quality of their products and the fact that their staff seem happy to "go the extra mile" for their customers.

It's my go to for furnishing & making my home a stylish home – I've visited the store on several occasions, the staff are really helpful without ' sales' pressure, I love the variety & styles in store. Product info is also really helpful & knowing it's sourced ethically
