Bought two dresses and a jacket, all tiny sizes, sent them back for a refund, and have not received it! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They make it look like their store is in Melbourne, total Rubbish. I had to send the things back to China and never received a refund.

Very poor quality shoes – Very low quality shoes and nothing like what was presented on the website. Glue everywhere, poor construction and flimsy materials for the straps and colour is considerably different. Not leather and not local. complaint with PayPal and ended up being refunded 75% by the company. Best to steer clear from this company. I’ve seen a number of similar ones on Facebook selling the same sandals. All of the websites are very similar and look to be operated by the same dodgy people.

I was so disgusted by the quality, that i requested a refund. I was told i had to return to China at my own expense. Then over a series of emails, was offered a 20% refund, 30% refund and then finally a 40% refund and I keep the item. What a dodgy business. Makes me so angry they are ripping people off.

Original Post: Scam Chinese sellers purporting to be a family boutique in Melbourne, having a closing down sale. I bought the "Layla Elegant Orthopedic Flat Sandals" described as being made from top-grade leather and "Engineered to deliver exceptional support for your arches and heels". False Advertising - do not buy – Shoes advertised as handcrafted leather and the photos showed lovely weaved leather shoes. The pair of shoes received were synthetic , a stamped leather pattern and not those pictured. On requesting a refund (14 day returns advertised) the company which has address in Eden Australia said the shoes would have to be returned to China but offered a 20 percent discount. No China address was provided. Scam retailer, do not purchase from them.
