Gorgeous and efficient blinds Absolutely love my 11 sets of Honeycomb blockout blinds. They look amazing and are very effective at blocking out cold and heat. The insurance cover for miss-measurements is also incredibly generous - I made a mistake on the width of two blinds and Veneta replaced these free of charge just for the cost of postage. Remarkable service!

it. I just measured it and sent the measurements to Veneta and a couple of weeks later, my made-to-order blind arrived. Installing was seamless and the blind works faultlessly, blocking out all the light and heat when closed. Very happy with the result.

 Follow-up  · No noise comes in through the skylight. Material looks very durable and I don't think we'll ever try to clean it seeing how high up it is.

windows, so that I could match them with the ones for my sliding door. I spent a few days emailing back questions for sales rep Ethan. I asked so many questions as i didn’t want to get it wrong. He was extremely patient and very helpful. He told me everything I needed to know to get exactly what I wanted. I paid on Dec 8th and received them before a week before Christmas. I was so surprised and excited as I thought I wouldn’t get them until New Year. Especially as they were made overseas. I received tracking notices from despatch to arrival. They fit beautifully and sit neatly within the frame. At night they are totally blackout. I love that the kids and little dog can’t pull on them or twirl the curtains around them like the old curtains. As you can see by photo of large windows you can have them meet at any point. When opened they are really compact as well. As they are in the rumpus room and grandkids and dog are always in there they are just perfect Slide open and slide closed, keep heat out and warmth in. No cords to get in the way or worry about with kids around They look fabulous and 4 months in still look as good as the first day they were installed.

Finally, a professional company you can trust – I chose my product off the website and got the samples requested. Got a lot of assistance from the Veneta team who were very friendly dealing with an older customer. Blinds were delivered as promised and placed in secure location under garage door as suggested.  Follow-up  · Delivery was quite quick. It came from China and had a "customs clearance certificate" attached. Very minimal noise reduction, I don't think that was the manufacturers intention anyway. Yes very easy to clean. Just use a feather duster when the blind is fully down. I have 4 blinds in my apartment and I am still very happy with them all.

We have been using these blinds in our motorhome now for nearly 18months. They are excellent. We find they keep the heat out when it’s hot and keep the warmth in when it’s cold. Perfect thermal blinds! Pricing is very good. Sales service and any after service for installation is also excellent. So glad we went down this path for blinds. They don’t need cleaning like the Venetian blinds we replaced. Thank you Veneta. Show details

Absolutely recommended – With some trepidation (mostly about my measurements admittedly), ordered 9 separate cordless honeycomb blinds. Installed the last of them today and very happy to report that every one is a perfect fit, no defects and look great. They were surprisingly easy to install as long as you have a drill. I had an online consultation with Veneta Blinds on 20 October 2025, and the consultant said he would send through the quote and I could just pay it to complete the order. Nothing arrived, so I followed up with an email on 27/10/2025 to find out where my quote was, but still nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, gobsmacking, as I was a customer ready to make a purchase. Avoid! Show details

I ordered a 65mm PVC Venetian Blind. The process was quick and easy and it was delivered on time. Looks great!! Upon installation we realised it was really heavy but pushed on and tried to work with it. 3 months on the lift cord gets tangled with tilt cords constantly. complained about this to Veneta and the response was not satisfactory. There is no way to change the tilt strings to a wand or modify the existing blind. They said the blind would be heavy at its size in their reply, but that’s not helpful now (post purchase). There is no way of knowing by ordering on the website.

Had we have known this I would have gone with a different product altogether.

Asked for a refund. Waiting for reply.

missing and delivered a week later.

What was supposed to take three weeks turned into eight, with little transparency or customer care. For comparison, blinds I ordered from another company arrived within a week. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from Veneta again.

The issue isn’t with Veneta’s customer service, which has been good throughout our dealings. However, their policy states that customers have only four weeks to report any damage to products re transit. Obviously we weren’t aware of this “fine print” policy. This feels unreasonable, especially when it seems clear that the damage occurred during shipping or it was packed damaged and it is still a Veneta product and we are customers that paid for a blind and we still don’t have a satisfactory product.

Given the circumstances, time shouldn’t be a factor in addressing product quality. It’s frustrating to feel stuck with a damaged item without a proper resolution. However, Veneta did offer us a 3 % discount on purchasing another blind - which we haven’t taken (our other blind which isn’t retracting is still hanging on our window). I hope Veneta revisits this policy to better support their customers in the future.

However, now with my Slim-Blinds installed I am a little disappointed by them Not Blocking Light from outside during Twilight hours, or even at night. I've gotten used to it, but its Not what I expected. I do expect a blind to block light, as would most other blinds, and my old blinds did so with a much higher percentage of blocked light.

Poor customer service – The initial customer service from Veneta was great. However, after ordering and paying for blinds it seriously declined. enquire, the person I had email and phone contact with was rude and evasive about the shipping date. Also, the Roman blinds arrived without brackets. I have contacted Veneta three times by email but nearly three weeks later, I still have not received confirmation that the brackets have been shipped. I have tried calling Veneta multiple times and the phone rings out. I am also not receiving replies to my emails.

A friend who is considering buying Veneta blinds has been speaking with them on the phone and receiving great customer service (like I did), indicating that Veneta work hard to get a sale, then once they have your money, they shunt you off to someone else (not in their sales department ?), don’t care about your experience and don’t follow through with customer service.

Love these PVC Venetian blinds!! – These blinds are awesome and so easy to order. I measured the space multiple times to ensure I got it right, then ordered and within a couple of weeks they were delivered. They fit perfectly and are great quality. So pleased. I only found them because bunnings do make PVC blinds to order any more but they are worth every penny. Would definitely buy again! Show details

Prompt service – Have bought from this company 5 years ago and needed extras so ordered 2 more. There was an alteration to be made and the promptness of phone and email responses was exemplary. Inconsistent – First set of venetians good, although some of the hardware (hold down brackets, cord clips and wands) are pretty cheap plastic). Second order, though, and the head rail and bottom rail are a different colour to the slats. I have raised this with them and have resolved it reasonably satisfactorily.

emails and reviewing my video, I was advised it was a warranty issue and they have put through an order for a new blind.

As such, I have updated my rating.

We fit out our whole house with cordless Veneta blinds and have been happy with all those that function.

However, the lift mechanism in one of the larger blinds is malfunctioning. I wrote to Veneta (27th August) to ask for assistance and they responded (29th August) asking for a video of the problem.

I admit to some delay in responding as life got hectic and I kept forgetting to video the issue. But as the problem was worsening, I sent a video on the 26th of September and an additional one on the 3rd of October.

I also forwarded the emails to the email address for customer service on their website on the 4th of October (previously I had been using the sales email address from their outgoing emails).

None of the following emails has been responded to. The company has ghosted me.

I've been highly recommending everyone use their product. I'm now advising people to keep clear of them as they don't follow up on issues with their products.
