weeks with no meaningful communication from Verano Hill. I have confirmation from the courier that they received the returned bag, yet I have had no update on when the exchange item will be shipped. I have sent multiple emails and either received no response at all or replies that are vague and do not address my concerns. At this point, I feel as though I have lost my money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I would suggest buying from a more reputable retailer with reliable customer service.

They take forever to refund my money and my order was $220. The returned items were delivered to their warehouse on 29/12/2025. I emailed them on 27/01/2026 and got response the next day saying they have escalated the matter to relevant team but I haven't got my refund until today 11/02/26. Be careful with what you buying!!! I have put through a dispute with my bank. I have a friend who purchased from the brand and said that the quality of the material and craftsmanship is terrible.

I feel scammed and like this company is fraudulent. I just want my money back. Especially after seeing comments from other consumers online. How is this company allowed to do this?
