Worst customer service experience. I paid for express shipping and still had to follow up multiple times after several days with no delivery update. I also requested an address change, but despite confirming it with them, no changes were made. They clearly do not care about their customers. Extremely disappointing service and a very frustrating experience overall. Show details

assistant said that she needed a dispatch number. That was the only email I had and there was no dispatch number. She wasn’t interested in helping me further. I will think twice before buying from VM again

Faulty fabric and terrible customer service – Ordered a dress online in store for $440 as none in stock. Night before I wore it I used a warm iron on the skirt part of the dress and to the ends of the sleeves as they were creased from being folded for delivery. Dress is a linen blend. front. Took the dress back to the store but they said I had breached the care instructions by using a warm iron. Visited 2 alteration stores hoping the dress could be repaired. Both said the material was definitely faulty and VM should replace/refund it. Customer service were no help and accused me of using a hot iron which melted the fabric and the heat from my body did the rest of the damage. Really! Ironic that the parts of the dress I ironed using a warm iron are in perfect condition! Won’t be buying anything in future from VM.

I was gifted a VM wool and polyester coat from my mother's estate that still had the sewn-in pockets intact to protect the garment. When I got home, I carefully unpicked the stitching only to find that one entire pocket had never had the lining sewn. It was completely unfinished. That coat was very expensive and I'm stunned to know how cheaply made VM clothing is. I would NEVER waste my money on this brand. Show details

between multiple AI agents for weeks, repeatedly answering pointless questions, only to be told after 20 days that the issue would be escalated to a human. No human ever replied.

By the time I opened a PayPal dispute, I was told it was too late to appeal due to the delays they caused.

This feels deliberately obstructive and designed to make customers give up. I won’t shop here again.

to patiently bring me about 8 outfits. She was helpful and kind but objective; with one dress she said, "No, no, I don’t think that’s your dress.", which I really, really appreciated. I ended up buying a gorgeous jumpsuit and felt fabulous wearing it all night.

Next time I need a special outfit, I’m just going to skip the other stores and go to Veronika Maine.

I was given assistance by Olivia from Veronika Maine in locating a particular dress. Olivia was extremely responsive and proactive in locating the dress for me and was very knowledgeable in responding to my queries on size, suitability and the returns policy and how and where to effect a return, if required. Al in all she was a gest representative for Viktoria Maine, whose garments are elegant, multi purpose and well made with great fabrics.

I recently bought the Veronika Maine GEORGETTE TUCK SLEEVE SHIRT in green. I like the style a lot. However, the fabric is terrible because it creases up. I wore it first time to work and by the time I got to work it looked like I was wearing an unironed shirt and it looked scruffy. Very disappointing. the iPhone screen. Eventually after one week struck a human who will now look into it. I’m sure this will take another week . Not good enough should be refunded immediately when it’s their issue and item not arrived in acceptable time frame. Not happy will never order on line from VM again. Be warned.

then nothing. Then another email to which I have received no reply. In this email I asked for a full refund. I got a partial refund but that was for an item that I had ordered that wasn't even in stock! My tracking has been static for weeks so I am not sure if my items have been shipped or the parcel is just lost. I have now disputed through PayPal. Sad to say, but I won't be returning to Veronika Maine after this. Much better off buying in store and avoiding their sale periods. Very disappointed.

Its been two weeks and they haven’t dispatched my order. Cant get in touch with them, its just an AI response. Appears they take your money and don’t deliver and don’t provide any customer service. The product is now out of stock. Not sure what they plan to deliver. Brand is owned by Cue Clothing. I have reported to ACCC Show details

they may have been in a nice box, or hard paper bag, at least individually wrapped. Clearly they have no respect for their products but happy to charge a premium for them. My first experience shopping with VM I’m glad it will be my last!

outside the exchange window, and they refused to consider my situation. I trusted the sizing based on past purchases and expected better treatment given my loyalty.

To make matters worse, the quality of your clothes has noticeably declined. I'm no longer confident that your products are 100% made in Australia as advertised, and it’s clear the standards have dropped dramatically. This experience has really made me question whether I’ll continue shopping with you.

I hope you reconsider how you handle long-standing customers and address these quality and sizing issues.

issue the way VM stints on pockets. I have VM jeans that have a couple of not fit for purpose tiny back pockets. Seriously, JEANS without pockets! I've also noticed a heap of knits every season and figured out these must be super cheap to produce. But, today when my online purchase arrived the word KMart came to mind. (No offense to KMart who would have priced this linen top at $20 not $189). My new linen top is transparent - made from the cheapest linen available. The front is skewed as though not cut on the weave - obviously a method to save fabric and money. VM really did have quite a following there for a while. If only they realised the best way to increase profits would be to increase quality not reduce it. Not to do so is to take their customers for fools.

Kept $10 postage even though stores were closed! – Returned a pair of trousers I ordered online that didn't fit. Was still charged the $10 delivery fee. I've returned items to other stores and have always had the delivery fee refunded. Couldn't go to the store as they were all closed due to Corona Virus.. pitiful business practices. per return (on top of the initial $10 delivery). I have had both horrendous and great customer service. Garment quality is usually of a good standard - only one big disaster comes to mind which isn’t bad when you’ve bought as many pieces as I have.

Online refund issues – I have been buying Veronika Maine garments over many years, always in-store. As we moved to a regional area I bought a garment online, as there was no other option. I returned the garment adhering to their return policy only to have had issues getting my refund back. Classic cut, but fabrics don't last – I like their look but the fabrics don't last well. A top pilled badly after being worn only once. Other fabrics age quickly even when washed as per the instructions. The sizing isn't always consistent. Shame because I like the style and they suit a curvy figure. Show details

Poor quality clothes and even poorer customer service – After buying a jacket and washing it according to instructions it fell apart in first wash. $200 down the drain and they refuse to repair or replace. I’ll be launching a complaint with fair trading and they’ll lose my steady custom. Avoid at all costs!! You can judge a company by the way they deal with a problem.
