called me first thing the next day and sorted the cream purchase, added to my express parcel and it arrived by lunchtime the next day. Brilliant service, great price. I hope the products do what they need to do and we can still avoid the vet visit (my bull mastiff is a bit of a handful when we go out)

Good experience – Good price and the only store that I could find exactly the size syringe I needed. Took a few days to ship but I wasn't in a rush to get them. Will order from them again when needed.

2nd Kong Zoom Groom – Got a nine 1/2 year old short coated Jac Russell. Zoom Groom twice a week significantly reduces JRT Glitter. 1st one wore our after 6 years. Unbelievably good product.

Won’t use this store again – Double payments were taken after the first online payment said it hadn’t been processed. I sent two emails immediately notifying the error and double charge asking for a cancellation and refund of the duplicate order with no response. Two of the same product with two shipping fees were processed and sent with no ability to contact the store to rectify. Still no response. A frustrating waste of money.

No communication and unwanted product – Immediately after placing my order I realised I had not noted that I wanted the toys I had ordered to be a specific colour, so I emailed the company with my order number and request for all 3 to be pink. whimsical request - I know my dog can’t see what colour this is, however these toys get thrown around our house for her to chase and when the blue ones hit the walls they leave marks - the pink ones don’t. I called and was advised that I could return the blue toy for a refund, great, but I have to cover the postage, which makes the whole exercise pointless, as this will probably cost close to the refund amount. No explanation was given as to why I didn’t receive a response to my email. Doubt I’ll shop here again, unfortunately.

Ordered Dog food in May- By August gave up waiting-never arrived – I ordered Prime dog food online in MAY2020 recieved acknowledgement and delivery date. Date passed -enquired- no stock . Stock arriving JUNE. Nothing arrived -just lots of emails- "we just ran out of stock" awaiting stock. Eventually was given an estimated arrival date! 20JUL!- Nothing- still waiting for stock- Ordered from a competitor- arrived 48 hours later. These guys at VetProducts are time wasters-Try anyone else.
