This is my second dealing with Victory Blinda. This time I had semi block-out curtains in my kitchen. Again Victory Blinds did an excellent job. product you are supplied doesn't come with all the hardware required that you had asked for when ordering, then you are given the run around when contacting them and trying to get the hardware you require to finish the job, even stating your calls haven't been recorded by anyone . We are still waiting for the hardware to arrive. We can't even pull our blind down as it's over 2m high and we don't have a pull down tool . Absolutely terrible company that I would not recommend to anyone. WHERE is our hardware that we require A&a/ ???????. It's been over 2 months since calling your company requesting this and all you have done is waste our time.. I feel very dissatisfied with your company. Update , after calling again I get some very helpful lady that also has no idea why I have been given the run around and why they are ordering in hardware that they actually have on the shelf in our own state , I was able to collect them the next day . Later that day I receive a call saying my hardware has arrived and it will be posted out . Wow just wow . Great work . You think a company would be bending over backwards after stuffing you around for so long but it seem not , all there is are poor excuses . Very sad .

Excellent service until Victory blinds received payment for my order. Once victory had the payment for the order my entire experience was poor service and incompetence. person to measure the shutters. I was later told one person could have completed both measures. Victory was inflexible with the time frames for the two separate measures. The Roman blinds arrived and do not fit. Two people measuring and the measurements are wrong. I cancelled one set of shutters. After week of not receiving the agreed refund I followed up. I was told no one in accounts knew about the refund. Three and a half week after the promise of a refund, I receive a phone call asking for my bank details over the phone. Five weeks after ordering the shutters I receive a text advising I can’t the have the shutters I ordered. The shutters exceed the recommended limit. This was not picked up by the sales person or the person who did the measuring. If I do proceed with the shutters I want they will not be under warranty. My entire experience with Victory has been one of incompetence and a waste of my time.

Very unstatisfied with service. I installed Victory curtains throughout the house some years ago. One curtain came with a small oil stain. They took no responsibility. them again. This time, the issue was that my god tore the lining room curtain. I wanted it to be replaced. They refused to replace the curtain without replacing the rack, regardless of the rack being installed originally by them. I gave up on them and did the job with another company

Victory blinds are the worst. My first lot of blinds were done wrong and had to be replaced. I was silly enough to give them a second chance and they took my money and I didn’t receive my blind at all. I took time off twice to wait for someone but no one turned up. no blind, no call no msg nothing then they tried to make my refund impossible Show details
