it fixed but that was 2months ago what a shithead. The electrician fixed the gate .But the "gardener "only cared about himself getting paid first .He was told you paid for the damage you did .It's a hard enough life for the ndis participant who would like nothing more than to do everything for himself.But this person damaged a very expensive automatic gate now the ndis participant will have to pay the electrician out of pocket.

Shockingly bad and expensive – Shocking. We tried them for 3 visits before we fired them. two men turned up, one couldn't communicate as they couldn't speak English. the other kept talking about how successful their children are. they wanted to talk more than work, they missed rooms that we didn't pick up until after they left. toilets were left dirty, no attention to detail. rushed to get out and asked for cash only. no receipts. though their website states it is part of their package, he then said he would have to do it over three days (not what he told me on the phone). I would have expected the place to be messy as I’m in the middle of moving, and he made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home, he did not apologise for his x 3 postponed appointments.

VIP Mowing, tried 3 times. NEVER again! – I was very clear with all my mower men. I needed the lawn mowed, weeding, some old plants removed & I needed several holes to be filled. The first mower man only ever mowed, and once he even broke into my property when I wasnt home in order to mow! was an illegal action called TRESPASSING. I called VIP, their response was they would cancel my services with him @ find me someone else. The next person, I was equally clear about what needed to be done. All he ever did was a mow, charged me more than the previous guy & left.

The latest guy seemed great, took notes about what I needed done, but would constantly laugh at me & looked at me as though I were stupid. He was also aggressive, one of his instruments broke in front of me as he was testing my soil and he aggressively threw it away. One day he turned up without confirming, so I was unable to have him do his work. He slammed his trailer back together and took off. As a woman he made me very uncomfortable. Nearly a month ago he told me he had injured himself and would be out for at least a week. Havent heard anything since.

I called VIP today, told them everything. The woman said she would get her regional manager to call me. She kept talking over me, was quite harsh and was constantly trying to get me off the phone by wrapping up the conversation with words like *okay have a good day* when I was not even done speaking. I told her to let her manager know if I do not hear from them today I will cancel my service. She said she would do this, then said okay bye, when I was not even finished speaking. She then hung up on me!! So thanks to this woman especially, that was the final straw.

So after all this, using 3 different franchisees, my yard is still not done. It still looks horrible & is in desperate need of proper maintenance and clean up.

I will never recommend and never use VIP again. They have lost valuable business. Good riddance.

spent 2 hours at the property and really my left foot could have done better. Oh and I should remind you they never even touched the exterior (the whole purpose of calling I the first place)! Terrible, way over priced, nasty service and I’m down a pair of lamps because what am I supposed to do with one of a set??!

Great Service – I was extremely happy with the service Chris provided, he had a wonderful demeanour, was on time and went above and beyond to provide a fantastic clean up after the tree removal was completed. I would happily have him back anytime and recommend Chris to everyone.

Don’t even call you back – Used their online form to get a quote on trimming some hedges. Received the automatic email saying that someone would be in contact with me. Days went by with no phone call. Rang their number and left a message - still no contact from VIP. Clearly you don’t want any business!

Anything but VIP Service – Anything but VIP treatment. Charged me 200 bucks for initial lawn mowing service. Very well, lawn was unruly and long. However organised for a follow up to get it cut. really sue you for this scam. If you live in the Springfield region of Queensland and get a guy call [name removed]...don't do business with him, worst scammer out there. Takes your 200 bucks and never comes back!

No attention to detail! – Ask for a spring clean on 3 bed town house. Took over 4 hours and major tasks missed mostly dusting throughout the house. His assistant had very strong smell of cigarettes that my pregnant wife had to leave the house. Very poor job, do NOT recommend!

Carpet Cleaner Bris North – Last minute call up to Andrew. Same day service. Andrew was very personable and pleasant he did a great job and didn't muck around he was in and out quick. Very happy with the results.

Never Again! – Frank from Cleveland VIP Cleaning came to our place and damaged our garage door. Denied all knowledge of it and refused to claim on his insurance. Now we are stuck paying the excess and higher premiums on our insurance. Poor cleaning job too, try somewhere else instead!

Excellent service from Beenleigh/Eagleby franchisee – I contacted the Beenleigh and Eagleby VIP Cleaning franchisee for a spring clean of my mother's unit. He visited the unit the next day to provide a no-obligation quote which was very reasonable given the amount of work required. terrible customer service – employed vip home services to do a vacate clean on a rental property, poor attention to detail, kitchen not cleaned properly still grease on rangehoods and kitchen draws, oven not cleaned properly, walls toilets shower screens not done properly, had to get them to come back and do it again and still could not complete the job to a satisfactory… Read more

standard and it was an effort to get them to come back again, in the end I have had to employ another cleaning agency to finish the job that should have been completed right in the first place. tried to talk about part refund contacted the area manager who basically couldn't do anything about it and told me to refer to the franchisee who now will not reply to any correspondence I have sent and has said take it to court . I will never again use or recommend VIP home services to anyone ever again utterly disgusted with the whole experience

Great Service from Birkdale Franchisee – Quick follow up on my enquiry to complete a one off job of levelling my yard. The Franchisee arrived next day to quote and provided a couple of options on how to do it. Reasonable cost and completed the job within a couple of days. Friendly, courteous and professional. He high pressure hosed some areas like the driveway and handwashed others (like the eves of the house). He used a diluted bleach solution to help remove the mold.
